Flowering under CFL's

Been flowering for a little over a week, a male budded after 3 days, my other plants aren't showing the least bit of sex... is this normal? or am i just getting antsy lol. Also when i'm flowering should i switch ALL of my lights over to the 2700 power cfls?

females take longer to show sex...... i would switch majority of the lights to 2700k...i kept a few blues in mine.. i had maybe 4 blues out of 14 lights.
