Flowering One Week How Do My Girls Look

So, first I want to say that the color is off in this pic because of the HPS. Blocking the light with my hand allows for a better pic, but jack up the color in the photo. They are a beautiful, healthy green minutes a couple of brown spots that seem to be going away since applying epsom salt. I am positive I have "Stipules", but males and females get those right ? I am using feminized WW, so Hermies are what I will have to look out for. Anyway, does this look like pistils or just new growth ? Opinions ? Advice ?

Looking healthy from what I can see, nice work bro.
Thanks man, this is my first grow and this forum had been a life saver. I appreciate all the more experienced guys sharing the knowledge. Speaking of, the "Stipules", or green"hairs" that grow out from the stalk, are those an indication of flowering ? Not sure if you can tell but Does that look like flowering or new growth to you ? The hairs pictured are a very light green, almost white, but a hint of light green.

My plants had stipules before flower, they've always had like two per node, I'd just wait for the white hairs.

Looks like its just new growth. You should be watching at the nodes for preflowers.

Ok, so that is where all the action takes place then ? What about the "Stipules" I mentioned, those are new in the last couple of days. Is that a sign that flowering has been set in motion ?

Ok, I am pretty sure mine are new, but you are saying don't get too excited until I see hairs from the nodes right ?

Wish I wasn't on my smart phone. I have the picture used by alot of ppl to show where the preflowers start. A male will usually show first. It is like the tip of a deflated American football. Females will be a calyx with (usually white) hairs comming out of it. I will try to find the picture for ya, unless someone that may already has it or a quick link, and can get it to you before me.

Ok, great info and I would love to see that picture. So, because I started with feminized seeds I shouldn't get a male right ? Hermie maybe (PLEASE NO), but not a straight up male right ?
