Flowering for 2 weeks with veg lights then switch to HPS? Too much stress?

Alright, I didn't wanna ask, but I can't find the info i'm looking for.

I get my HPS in about 2 weeks, but I need to start flowering, so I can harvest in time. Would it overstress the plants to begin flower under my veg setup (17 26W CFL @ about 27K Lumens 6500K spectrum), and then put them under an HPS after about 2 weeks? I know the spectrum is wrong, but I need to start flower, and I don't want to over stress them.

Any thoughts?

I've also found, the 6500k for the first couple of weeks helps reduce stretch along with a not abrupt switch to the high P nutes.

yer fine,the plants are very actively growing during the stretch so you're better off with the veg light IMHO.
The HPS just stimulates MORE blooming a combination of both is ideal.
