flowering already?? can it finish out side?

okay well i planted out door for my 2nd grow this year and i wanted to get a real early start so i planted in febuary.

i live in florida so it was warm enough to start that early.

my problem is, is that my plant started to go in to flowering about a month ago ( on 4-20 actually haha) and its a PPP plant, my question is will it be able to finish up out doors? i think it still has at least 3 more weeks.

Its a gurilla grow, but i can probably get pics in the next couple of days.

i can probably get pics either by tomorrow or friday.

it has alot of resin and the tips of the pistols are starting to turn amberish, im just waiting for the buds to get that amber glow.

any other suggestions?

Another member from RIU said that if a plant has been flowering for a while, it will continue to flower even if the days get longer. So maybe 4 weeks of flowering is enough to keep it in flowering mode?

I'd like to know if that works

a plant that has passed its 5th-6th week of flowering will finish flowering even if put on a 24hr light schedule. im finishing the flower of my white shark outside in nor cal right now, she started flowering early march, about a week 1/2 to go, days are almost 15 hrs long she is still flowerin away. if your in florida and the hairs are already turning amber u might as well harvest your ppp a week early, get some good smoke off her, and replant for your summer season. the cannabanoid level of a plant is as its highest just before the hairs turn amber anyways, at which point your plant is trading cannabanoids for THC. either way youll be stoned ppp is a great outdoor plant. good luck with the rest of the grow hope this helped ya

as soon as the days get shorter you can put your plants outside,but if you put them out there while the days are still long you will put your girlfriends back in veg and it will stop flowering prodution. I got a question that has nothing to do with your grow..lol...how do i start a thread here ..i cant find a link for it....im new to this site as you can tell.

its in about its 6 week of flowering now i guess. do you think i should like put it in complete darkness for a day or 2 then harvest? or should i give it a couple more weeks? then put it in complete darkness?

just dont want to loose my bud haha, i have 5 other plants going outside too but this one is the only one that budded supper early

i'm having a similar problem. i sexed my plants and some of em that were in a little longer have been outside now, a few for over 3 weeks, and are still focused on budding. w/ little branch growth since being placed out. my question would be this:if u remove all the buds would that kick the plant back into veg, mode w/ the longer daylight hours?

I have this same Prob/Blessing with my plants now. One just finished from February 2 weeks ago. I have others still out that are maybe 2/3 weeks away from being done. This month and next we will begin longer days, hopefully they'll still finish. The weather has sucked here in FL for a bit now with all the afternoon storms so I doubt they'll reveg anytime soon if at all. Be patient and see how it turns out. I take this whole thing as a learning expirience,at least I know I can have 2 harvests a year if weather is decent.

I wont be putting anymore plants out till Aug to just be sure. Going to try to master cloning in the meanwhile while my girls are Vegging inside. I hope your crop finishes, worse case scenario they may reveg.

yeah i want it to finish i have 5 other plants that are about 2 feet tall but also 2 foot wide.
