Flower/veg setting on LED

I apologize for the total noob question but...when you flip to flower, do you only use the bloom setting or do you use both veg and bloom settings?

Use just blum , what kind of lamp You using?

It's a Mars-hydro 192x5...I had just the bloom on for a couple days without checking and I went out the third day and they looked pathetic. I switched on both settings and they have been blowing up ever since. It's odd because the bloom setting is nearly all red bulbs. I realize red is very important in flowering but I figured other colors were still needed. Oh well I have been running it with both settings on and the most electricity I'm seeing being used is 411W @ 4.4 Amps which is more than good w me, as I was running a T5 before this.
