Yes from 12/12 but also remember that some strains are dependent on the veg time for your finish date! I have 2 strain that I get rooted 2 weeks in beer cup 2 weeks in 2 gal bag then 12/12. Finishes in 6 weeks like clock work! But i have to add 1 week of flower for every 2 weeks of veg! Very strange but thats how they roll!

Technically you can go 12/12 from seed, but I beleive flowering time is based on how long it takes for pre-flowers to convert to buds. While you can put seed or clone into 12/12 right off, I don't think its considered "flowering" until theres the pre-flowers (the plant is showing gender). Seeds from 12/12 is different than from clones. A strains life cycle is pretty well set within a range based on environment. Certain amount of time to root, preflower, then fully mature. When you take a clone, it is basically the same "age" as the mother you took it from. If you take a clone from a plant that is fully ready to flower, technically once that clone is rooted, then its pretty much ready to flower. A seed that goes into 12/12 could have weeks of germinating/rooting before the actual "flowering time" clock starts ticking.
