Hey growers! I have a question about humidity for flowering.. whats the highest humidity percentage it can be for flowering? 60% is pushing it am I right? Its usually at 50-55% but when I water it gets to about 60% from the water that drains out.. I have a mini dehumidifier and it barely does shit.. I had it running 24/7 for almost 2 weeks now and it took about an inch of water. It doesn't ever get above 60% so is this going to be ok? Thanks for your help RIU!

60% is fine as long as you make sure you have adequate air circulation/ventilation.
I just have 1 plant in my closet so I can't really rig any ventilation.. air circulation is good though. Is opening the doors enough for 1 plant? I've heard it is but that's just what i heard.. not really sure but it seems to be fine. She's growing great so far. It'll be 7 weeks on sunday and I haven't really had any problems besides a nute burn. Thanks for your help!

The closet probably has just about the same air quality as the room does. If you feel comfortable in the room for long periods of time, the plants probably do too.

That said, lights are a heat source. If the air circulation is adequate then the room is about as hot as the closet. If not, you have to find a way to equalize the temps at least enough to keep the closet somewhat cool (mine stays about 80-85F, a bit on the high side but I live in a hot state).

For a closet/indoor grow, over humidity shouldn't be a problem. The house would probably also have mold if the humidity is too high.

If you're just starting out, keep it as simple as possible. Too much tinkering with nature's ways usually ends in trouble.

My closet temp stays between 75-80.. sometimes maybe a few degrees lower than 75.. it feels comfortable, and I haven't had any problems so far. I think it should be fine I just wanted to hear what more experienced people would say.
It's a pretty simple grow, just one plant using 6 cfls but I'm going to add 2 more this week and maybe another 2. The only reason im adding 2 more this week is because I see some spots that are a little dark in the bud sites. We'll see how it is after I have 8 set up. Thanks for your help!

haha im no pro here, but those droopy leaves at the bottom do look like they could be from over watering or more likely your high humidity. but again, im not a pro so i wouldnt just take my word for it :)

Yea I see what you mean. I thought the whole plant droops when its over watered though.. I've had it happen before and it was the whole plant im not sure what it is.. could be though I really don't know.. are those leaves bad?
