Yo im a newbie at growing. and i got 2 , 4 foot 40 watt florescents. Also a 1 ft. t8 would this work for the veg. part of my Growing? And what kinda light should use to flower if so? Also it is in a 60 gallon hex fish tank. inside painted Flat white with 1 little fan for ventilation to get the picture of the setup. (indoors)
