it was possibly rejected because of old republican types like red and winter woman.
It was only narrowly rejected as a Constitutional Amendment, and why they went for 60% and only got 58% is beyond me.

In CA we went with Proposition and +50% of the vote and worked it out in court. Then the CA legislation got cute and thought they were helping by Senate Bill 420 (gag me)
It limited the plantings to only 8 bloomers.

Someone took that to the Federal Ninth Circuit and they threw out the 8 plant limit.

The Court said there is no way to know how much needs to be grown.

So, Sky, please come to CA. It is your kind of place.

Sorry FL, was rooting for you. Perhaps a victory for the black market growers, but I would just like to see less lives ruined by law enforcement in this country for people pursuing acts of compassion with their mj grows.

i had no idea 31 year olds were "old".

i think most people would hesitate to call a 30 year old "middle aged" even.

most people i know would call a 30 year old "young".
You are not even beginning to build an adult brain layer until age 30. :)
