I think 2 of these would be nice. side by side with the vents facing each other, with duct connected to each vent leading up to a y connector duct with 6 to 8" reducer leading to valueline 8" inline fan. my question, you think even with separate vent for the room it would be too hot? i haven't heard too much on these negatively i think they look fine. heres what they look like. http://www.somocohydro.com/fl400hps.html. comments and suggestions are welcomed -Loghead:peace:

Remote ballasts help to keep things much cooler. If the ballasts were remote you wouldn't need any other exhaust besides the one cooling the lights. Just put a carbon filter and you are good to go. Just my thoughts, either way good luck

yeah i'm also thinking maybe remotes i would have to put to ballasts on the outside though. it would be mh and hps for full spec. thanks for the quick reply tom, glad to be graced by your presence. read your journal many a time, and mannn. thats all i have to say haha. thanks for stopping by for sure though.

I would have the reflectors and carbon filter set up like this:

Sorry about the sloppyness but I hope you get the idea. The inline fan is pulling the air through the carbon filter, through the two hoods and out of the room/ box
