I have been experimenting with a few different additives. My base is always flora series, but I have added in the past AN Big Bud and Atami bloombastic. These 2 were used separately on different grows. I have also used them together at half strength. My question is can I use my base nute soup along with molasses, great white, and hygrozyme and get the same results without using all these expensive additives (snake oils). Plus I just want to see how you fellow growers have manipulated the flora series by using different additives. There might be a product I'm missing out on. So guys share your feeding regimen and the exact strength so maybe other members including me can get better at growing. Include pics also if you want to show off how ur nute soup is doing for you.

cant really share numbers it depends on the plant i dont have a set formula each plant is different some need more of this and that than others i go slow and adjust as needed till i find a nice mix that meets the plants needs

Here is a nice video of a GH rep explaining the mixing of the Flora series.
I mention it because he stresses the importance of adding the micro first, etc...
I'd be curious if anyone who divulges any custom mixes has a methodology for mixing order.

For some reason when I go into flow I have been getting some claw. I transition with 5/5/5 the first week then 3/5/10 2nd week and then 3/6/12 in the 3rd week. The forth week I add big bud at 5ml/gal and start dropping off the grow. I also use blackstrap molasses, great white, and pond zyme w/barley. Pond zyme is awesome my roots have never looked as healthy as they do now. Should I adjust the feeding schedule in any way? My claw could be coming from my ph being off. Ph electrode was going out and I didn't know it.

i used GH, then botanicare and then i started using AN when it first came out. it was a good product but i didn't like that it said for marijuana on the bottles so i stopped for awhile.

i'm legal now and am back to using it. i tried dutch masters and went right back to AN.

i just use the recommended dosages. most of my genetics like full strength. a couple don't and i feed them at 3/4.

at one time, i had 8 AN products. what a fucking pain in the ass on feeding day.

i now just use sensi grow and bloom and big bud. thats it.

they go into flower on sunday. :)

This mix has worked well with alot of strains for me. Sometimes I have to adjust it I.e. pineapple express likes a little more N in her diet.

Veg:
Seedling/clone: I only feed superthrive until roots hit the bottom of a .3 gal airpot.

Early-mid: 1tsp micro, 1tsp grow, 1tsp bloom. phed to 6.5

Mid-late: 1 1/2tsp micro, 1 1/2tsp grow, 1 1/2tsp bloom. phed to 6.5

Bloom:
Early (weeks 1-2): 1 1/2tsp micro, 1 1/2tsp grow, 1 1/2tsp bloom, 1/2tsp liquid koolbloom. phed to 6.5

Middle (weeks 3-4): 1 3/4tsp micro, 3/4tsp grow, 1 3/4tsp bloom, 1tsp liquid koolbloom. phed to 6.5

Late (weeks 5-6): 2 tsp micro, 1/2tsp grow, 2tsp bloom, WEEK 5: 1tsp liquid koolbloom, WEEK 6: .25 grams dry koolbloom. phed to 6.5 both weeks

Later (week 7): 2 1/2tsp micro, 1/2tsp grow, 2 1/2tsp bloom, .25grams dry kool bloom. phed to 6.5

Ripen (week 8 ): straight tap water. Natural ph of 7.0

All the ratios are tsp per gallon

If im using a soilless medium like promix I feed, water, feed, water.

If im using a nute rich medium like ffof I feed, water, water, feed.

All my plain waterings are done with tap water that comes out at 7.0 ph.

Hope this helps:)

That sounds like a pretty good schedule. Do ur girls stay green throughout the entire bloom phase?

I usually get yellow leaves here and there starting week 6ish but its nothing to worry about. Plants still look healthy.

I wonder what schedule other growers use to keep their leaves green throughout bloom. I personally would like my ladies to stay beautiful and green up until I flush with plain water. If they yellow a bit after flush to me its understandable since I just flushed all their food away.

At first I had girls yellowing in the 4th/5th week. To me that's just too early. That leads me to think their not growing at their full potential. From what I have seen in nature (outside grows) the leaves don't yellow until late into flower and its usually very little at most. I just want my girls to look like some of the professional girls do at 7/8 weeks in color and size.

i get enough N with some of my supplements 2-0-0 on the calmax about the same on floralicious plus seems to keep me green i also add about 20mls (15 gal)of grow till week five or so mainly because it has a stabilizing effect on my soup never have to adjust ph but i still get some under growth yellowing it just happens

I think my schedule is pretty darn good. I believe the reason I had some claw early in flower was due to the ph being off. My pens electrode needed to be replaced.

No green for me.

I use lucas for coco 6 brown and 9 orange per gallon.
I adjust strength according to my run off.

I was told to mix the orange first. I'll go with what the GH guy says and mix brown first.

Think I'm about to get some AN Big Bud in powder form. Do you guys think I could produce the same buds without the big bud as I will using it. I'm just trying to produce the best buds with the least chemicals and additives.

Well im gonna ask a question i havent seen asked yet....

Why are you using hygrozyme with great white as well? Hygrozyme is the enzymes from the beneficials that are used in great white...you are paying for live beneficials that will colonize you roots and adding what those are producing as well...spending your money on essentially the same thing on 2 products that are not real cheap to begin with that do the same thing.....
One is a living colony the other is what those colonies produce that both achive the same effect.
