Don't use it at full strength, start at around 25-50%(stuff is hot) and only increase if your plants respond well. Shake it up real good too because it's really thick.

he means strength wise.. use it at a rate of 25 to 50 percent of what it says too...

that is one thing i have noticed with gh.. and the only complaint i guess i could have... the strength they tell you to use is WAY WAY higher than what you should use... if i used what they told me to use in my reservoir my EC would be well over 2.0.. which means a ppm of close to 1800 to 2000 or better.. shit is very strong..

has anyone compared this product to the standard micro and bloom lucas formula.

it seems pricey

due the results justify the cost or stick with tried and true.

stay lifted!

I believe it's more expensive because it's a one part formula, not necessarily because it's better than the three part flora series.

i paid $15 for a 1 Pint bottle.I just give them today first time so let's see what happen.I also give to my out side tomatoes and peppers flower too and they like so far.

yeah i bout a gallon and it was like 80 bucks.

seems like a lot to me. although i've grown with FF, botanicare, and i still use a mix of both even with Flora nova. (cha ching and liquid karma).

my plants look great but they always looked great.

i think i'm tryin the regular GH 3 part lucas formula next. The flora nova is great so far but i am showing signs of mag def. as well as starting to show signs of nute burn at 5 weeks flower so i 'm flushing next acouple feedings with epson and then back to 900ppm or so. my runoff in hempy is round 2400ppm and i'm only feeding around 12-1300 ppm so i think its storing up in the buckets.

my first time w/HB's tho. so anyway yeah, new strains, different system with different nutes = not a lot of confidence anyway.

we shall see.

I don't see any different what ever i give to my plants. They always look the same ! I guess all this product is good when you are growing in a very harsh conditions.Like basement attic and so on.I got natural light good air so i don't think I'll ever buy any more stuff to bust up my grow.))))))LOL

do you have any pics of your girls??

what kind of affect are you looking for??

its a flower formula so you arent going to see results until flowering is under way...

if you want to see results use it one 1 plant the entire rest of your grow and see if it yields higher or anything compared to the other plants..

i have been using the flora nova line for a while now and the only complaint that i have is how it auto matically adjusts your PH to somthing in the high 5's and low 6's which is great for hydro but not for my soil cultivation. also if you try to adjust it its goes right back to low 5's high 6's no matter how much NAOH u use

like i said earlier i use the 3 part series... my tap water is about ph 7.2... when i add the nutes to my reservoir at an ec of 1.6 which is a ppm of around 1100 or so it drops my ph down to about 6.5... then i have to ph down it.. wait a few hours.. ph down it again.. wait another couple hours, and ph down it again.. this gets me to a stable ph 5.8 in my reservoir... then over the next couple days i might have to do minor drops.. but it seems stable..

thats the 3 part line tho... if the 2 part works as well as the 3 part (except for you ph problem) then there shouldnt be many complaints at all!!

now are you saying that it automatically adjusts the ph of the nute solution or are you talking about your soil ph?? because they are 2 very different ph readings with little to actually do with one another...

I use BOTH Vegg & Bloom formulas provided by FloraNova a.k.a." General Hydroponics" in tandum with the "Koolbloom" formula at the end of budding. Seems to work well, as long as it's NOT overused.... It's VERY concentrated and will burn the livin' shit outta yer girls if not careful with directions & amounts. All in all--- Good "Stuff"
