Flood -- Worried

We've had unbelievable rainstorms in the past two weeks.

I had some plants located in a spot where they got, well, saturated. Last night we got almost 2" of rain. I went out early this morning and was surprised to find some plants where the whole pot was under water. As they are in pots dug in the ground I could move them and I did. I tipped them to drain the excess water and placed them above ground for now.

The question is, will this eventually kill them? Or will a good drying out save them? They don't seem to be showing any ill effects at this time, no wilting or signs of over watering and apart from slugs (extremely rare here) are looking healthy. They are all between 80 to 90 days old. Strains are Green Crack and Train Wreck.

Thanks for your expertise,
