So I'm new to this forum thing. Thought I'd give it a try.
So I have a small stealth grow box made. It's a speaker the inside is almost 2ft tall, 15 inches wide and 8 inches deep. I think of it as a xl pc grow box. I have one input and one output pc fan that has 3 speeds to lower and increase power. Gonna comect it to a carbon fiter im making My lights I need help with. I have two 60 watt 5500k cfls and one 60watt 3200k cfl. The 5500s are much brighter. I can have two bulbs inside at once and dnt know what to use for vegging and what to use for flowering. And what type of cycle do i use? Also some light escapes from front of speaker from the input fan. Anybody know a way to eliminate that? I was thinking mesh like material. please if anyone knows about the lighting to use and the light escaping I'm open to all and any advice.

My seed is germinating and has a small sprout gonna wait until Tomorow after work wen it's a little bigger to plant it. I'm growing an eazy Ryder feminized from attitude seed bank

Can't believe uve had so many views and no replies. That's just not right. Were a community on here.
In response mate take a look at my journel I only posted it 2 days ago so not that into it yet and am fairly new. My method is ludacris to say the least but I'm having unexpected pleasent results. I'd suGgest for ur lighting as follows : 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower. I'm only using 2700k's in my set up as I had my seedling on the window sill and under a 6500k 35w cfl for a few weeks befor I put it in flower. How warm is it in ur speaker ,with all ur lights on I mean? I recon u might have too much wattage for that small space but I may be wrong ,with proper temp control u may be ok , I have used low stress bending to help with making sure my plant gets even light as u can see. Was fun doing so too :) I recon I've got about 5-6 weeks left on this and will defo be doin it Agen (it is an experiment) my strain is unknown so I'm being cautious with nutes( tomato feed) and am basically just going with it. ,I don't expect a great deal and will thank my lucky stars if I get an eighth outta it. It is just a bit of fun anyways lol

As for light cycles that's easy 18 on 6 off for veg or 24 solid for 2 weeks for veg and then switch to 12 on and 12 off for flowering. As for light escaping from vent and or tiny gaps it depends on how stealth u want to go with it. My grow enviroments is in my closet anyway and the doors shut tight so its not an issue for me. I think mesh will only dull down any light coming from ur box as well as smother the intake and output vents try pluggling ur gaps with a bit of blu-tak lol obv not ur fan itself but try n seal around the edges with it. Maybe some voil folded a few times might help conceal any light but its a long shot

This post is old and I actually harvested this grow last week. I ended up having asmall lowryder rthat yielded only about two grams. The pot I left it in was tiny and that didn't allow my roots to expand. I anyways that box is trash as now I have a 36"x20"x5' tent. It's this will be my flowering and I made my ownsmall vveg box. The currently have lavender, kandy kush, and blue dream. I should be switching them to flower in about two weeks. If you have any questions on your micro grow maybe I can help out as I have already finished my first experiment run. Now I'm going to grow some trees
