600 watt HPS
Light rail
Foxfarm soil
Botanicare 3-2-4 for vegging
Botanicare 1-4-5 for bloom
Grand daddy purp strain

Well into flowering about 2-3 weeks I think. Some mistakes I know I made.

I didn't prune or top at all I did tie the shoots over tho but thats it.
I am a lil worried about pot size I got 5 gal pots but wide and short. Not sure if its affecting them or if they have enough room to grow. They are about 4 feet tall and super wide/bushy

Some concerns I have.

Am I using enough nutes with the organic botanicare 1-4-5? Do I need anything else? The bud production seems slow... I could just be impatient and inexperienced on how long it takes them to bud and fatten.

A few of the older bigger leaves on the bottom turn yellow every once in awhile and fall off. I think this is normal but not sure its just 1 or two and its always super old leaves this could also be because I have a real big canopy from not pruning?

Everything seems to be going well. Just not sure about the nutes and slight yellowing.
Thanks for any tips and info.

Well to be fair the cloest is 6 feet long 2 feet wide. 4 plants they are a little bit bigger then I wanted I vegged them too long. tieing the tops over also gave me alot of branches

for 2-3 weeks of flower they look pretty damn good to me.

maybe add a little more N to stop the yellowing of the lower leaves from progressing but don't over do it.

Maybe like 10% more nitrogen next time.

keep on keepin on

I think the camera might be changing the color of it a bit. They are more purple then red. they have been this way since the beginning its just a few of them maybe 2-3 on each plantI looked it up during the time I was vegging it and was given the impression that this may be just genetics?

are these organic nutes enough? should I boost them up or maybe go chemical if my ph checks out? I have been rather light on adding nutes always using 1/2 strength and only evry other watering. now im all worried lol

Just make sure you exhaust that 600. Heat can be an issue other wise. My entire closet is dedicated to growing, I exhaust into an empty utility closet, or my room with the window opened from fall to spring.

Purple stems are natural. Red stems are lack of P. Looks good and I wouldn't worry. You got the green thumbs

I agree with the red stem issue, it does mean something, what, i'm not sure yet. But I stumbled upon something my last grow. I was using biobizz grow and bloom, which are very basic npk applications, almost just molasses type stuff. Was getting yellow leaves and red stems. I started giving it some "chilli focus " chilli food, which is a 4:1:4 food, but with ALL the micros like mag and cal etc.. the leaves greened up and the red stems disappeared...this leads me to believe it may be a N or micro nutrient issue. Not lack of P as the chilli food is a low P application , yet it cured the red stems.
