First timer, Aerogarden Grow journal.

So is the burn from the lights or nutrients in this case?

For Me , it has been pH and nute burn i think. Temps are hovering around 78 to 83ish. I have cut back on nutes for quite sometime now. I been using 3 mL each of Grow Micro Bloom in my 1 gallon res.

At the moment i am having a VERY hard time keeping down my pH. I keep having to adjust it every time i check in on it. It keeps wanting to shoot up around 6.2ish to 6.4ish area. I drop it back down. Check in on it later. And then its back high again. I do not see any root rot. Check to see if any light was getting in. I didnt see anything.

Checked the Trich's this morning. Starting to turn cloudy now. I spotted very few amber ones. Think i am getting closer to flushing.

Having a huge pH issue. I can not get it below 6.4, It just will not drop. I am wondering if this will hurt the plant. Or should i go ahead and flush before i lose my plant. A lot of trich's are cloudy already and the samples i have smoked have been good just chemically tasty. I was hopeing for more of a amber effect but i do not want to lose the plant.

I have drained the thing twice now ad cant reset my pH issue. I believe i have done everything on my end to stabilize it with my little experience.


So what i am asking is. Should i hold out with 6.4 and above pH issues or just go ahead and start my flush?

Have you tried letting your water sit out overnight and then pH it?

well unless you have checc'd the trichs, no need to flush, your plant looks like she has some time, i would wait a week if anything, then see how she looks then, are you actually rinsing the rez? or just emptying the water, cause if your your just taking the old water out, thats why, you need to flush the rez really good to remove all the extra stuff in there

I did the total flush. I took out the roots and everything and cleaned the inside. I did this a little over a week ago when i had that huge prblem with the damn buds dropping down to the ground. I lost one branch ,lucky it was small. Thats what i been smokin after i let it dry out and cure for a few days. Plus i have emptied the res twice after that. It just wont drop.

But ever since i did that full rinse out of the res. I have had problems. I am just wondering if the pH at 6.4 is going to hurt my woman. I am adding pH water of like 5 and then it raises back to like 6.4. Then i have to add pH down to drop it only to check a few hours later and its back to 6.4.

As for new water and mixing nutes. Yes i let it sit. Plus this water is straight from those 5 gallon delivery guys. So the water has not changed.

Anyhow i rambled some. I just dont want to lose her with a higher pH level.

As for the plant its still budding like crazy. This monday makes 10 weeks flowering i do believe.

yea man thats weird, im not too sure what it could be, maybe it is that water.

I had a tough time getting my pH to move when I started using more and more nutes, on account of the pH buffers. I got to the point where I was using almost a whole milliliter just to get it down.

How much do you usually use?

Currently i am using 3mL each of Grow,Micro,bloom. I been doing that for the past 4 weeks. I used to do before that 4mL each. I guess next round i wont add so much nutes. Cut down some i guess. Its worth a try.

I meant the pH up and down... hehe... I used way more nutes than that...

Well most of all the trich's are turning cloudy. How long normaly do they start to turn amber? Like a week or so?

My pH issue is still outa hand, i cant drop it. Hopefully i am not hurting the plant.

Some new pictures. But the camera was dieing so it wasnt focusing correctly.

I cant believe how much it is still growing. They sure didnt give me a autoflower thats for sure. Glad it was a female thou! I do wish i knew what this strain was.

you never kno man, those auto's are weird, so im sure it is one, looks great, she looks ok, im sure she will do fine

Update:

I started my flush today. Will harvest next Saturday. Do a couple pic updates later tonight. Everything seems to be going as planned.
