First time, novice grower, some questions.

Hello fellow growers this is my first time grow, bag seed from some shitty old weed, the grow itself is kind of a gorilla grow because I didn't have a lot of time to prune/top/lst it, so it's very bushy and the lower branches don't get much sun, which is the biggest mistake in my opinion, as well I probably gave it too much nutrients which might explain the leaves, or it might be from the sun, now that I have addressed my mistakes here's some pictures.

The plant was started in mid-late April, I had 200 something bag seeds which I attempted to germ them by putting them in a glass of water for 18 hours then putting them in paper towels which I put in a DVD case and only a few of them sprouted, only one surviving in the end.

These pictures were taken at mid July, which was a very stormy and rainy month in general, the plant had started showing preflowers and one of the branches broke off because of the strong wind, and I was lsting the plant with a tree root and a plant pot hanger, the two plants in the background were started very late in mid June from another bag seed which I got from a friend.

These pictures are a week in August and the plant has started flowering, I have never seen the purple hairs in any other picture so I thought the plant had hermied or something, but I kept it as it was my biggest plant and I didn't really see any male traits on the plant.

And the picture that I took today which is related to the question I would like to ask.

The hairs have turned brown, orange looking, but the purple color still has stayed on some parts.
I don't know how to tell if the plant is ready to harvest, from what I can tell, it is ready to harvest? Would like to know the opinion of some experienced growers, as I thought the plant should still be flowering until late September.

This is the weather forecast for the next 7 days, which is going to be mostly cloudy with light rain, if i'm supposed to keep the plant up for another week or two I'll probably use a tarp or something to protect it from the rainfall.

Also here's something that I noticed on one of my smaller plants lower branches, a small bump which I couldn't identify, it didn't felt squishy and not hard so your opinion on this would be helpful as well.

Need to get a mini microscope aka a 420 scope to look at the trichs to see if they are cloudy and amber or not that is how Most people judge
Last year I didn't pull my girls from outside till about late September early October
