Thanks. I am honestly quite impressed with how they are doing. Whats the average indoor harvest time? Around 8 weeks? I know to watch for 60-70 % of hairs to turn amber and the trichromes to appear milky in color. Used to outdoor grow. Not sure if they are about the same. And if i dont get back at ya in time..........HAPPY 420 EVERYONE !!!!!!!!

Well, found out from our local weather, may be some frost tonight! And, we basically have a monsoon the next 3 days. Thought we were done with that shit. My girl I just put outside will be fine. Just keeps me on edge till after all that shitty weathers over, which, I thought it was. Damn you Mother Nature................DAMN YOU !!!!!!!!!!! Thank the good Lord that MJ is very resilient.

17 days into flowering, I decided to do a "light" corral to bring the colas in to the intesity of the light more. I have a temp gauge about an inch above the tallest cola and only getting 76 degrees. I have 55 degree temps from my basement pumping into the grow space. great temps, I thought considering the tallest one is about 1 foot from the HPS. Humidity is staying right around 40-45 % also. Is that percentage of humidity good for indoor? Any other ideas what i should do to keep em going strong? I am using light thread to group them closer, but was worried about light penetration for the lower bud sites but the 3 fans I have going are moving everything enough that EVERY BUD SITE is getting plenty of light. Also I plan on rotating the plants every 48 hours, 1/4 turn, just to ensure proper light penetration EVERYWHERE too. I also upgraded to Fox Farm nutes that a buddy of mine gave me. No label on it, but he said its what he used when he was flowering his. ( He had to ditch the label so his woman wouldnt know what he was doing. lol ) Just gave them their first dose, 1/4 strength. Is that going to be enough, or should I jump it up to 1/2 strength? I hope this covers all the changes I have made to help you help me to better my grow! Thanks again fellow growers for any and all input you are giving me! You are all a plethera of knowledge worth its weight in gold. ( Helping a buddy of mine get his outdoor guerilla grow started next week now too :) )

Looking good bro. If you are using an hps, I pretty sure the light is intense enough to to hit those lower bud sites. Like people have told me, if I want to get "more" light to those lower sites, just add cfls to the sides of the plants. Your humidity is in an ok range. The more humidity the more prone to get mold and sometimes even bugs. I am currently doing what you want to experiment with. I turn my plants about 1/4 in to 1/2in every other day. Seems to be working quite well. I just noticed you are in the 17th day of flower too! We are on the exact same schedule. I put mine into flower and started the 12/12 cycle on April 4th. Looking forward to seeing those big ladies get some hairs! Sub'd up and +rep to a good job so far

Thanks Bird! Im sub'd up to yours also. We can watch our little ladies grow together. We will call them.......................cousins lol. Have you used the vinegar and baking soda? WORKS GREAT! Noticed a difference the next day. I have hairs all up and down every stock now. Also using carbonated water and spritzing the underneath of the leaves during every watering. THEY LOVE THAT! The next day, the droopy leaves are standing at attention. If you have any tips that are working for you, please share with me, and I will do the same! much love for the rep too. Giving it to you now :)

Cousins..lol I like that! I haven't tried vinegar and baking soda, is that for c02? The only tips I can offer is what veterans on here have told me, "keep it simple!" Since it's our first time we are gonna make mistake and are gonna have to learn from them. Nobody is perfect and the best buds out there are mainly because of genetics, but in my opinion its by FAR the grower. Anyone can buy a white rhino seed but the difference from someone that has 3 grows under their belt compared to someone with none is outstandingly different. Anyways keep it simple and you should get amazing results (for your first time). Keep me posted and good luck!

I agree. Ya, the baking soda and white vinegar is for CO2. Old timers trick my mom showed me when my grandfather grew tomato plants indoors in the winter.

Ha ha that is awesome. Nothing is better then a mother's advice! I will have to try that my next grow for sure. I don't want to mess with anything this time since she is looking so good right now :) I'll have to do more research on C02 and how it effects plants.

Ok.....week 3 of flowering today. Looking good and smelling dank as hell! Just have 2 questions? 1. If you notice there are 2 different looking types of leaves......long and skinny, and short and fat leaves. I have 2 plants with the skinny, 2 plants with the fat. Some of the skinny ones, the leaves are curling and cupping under ( you can see this in some of the pics ). What is causing this, or is this something they do? 2. Cant remember what characteristics the sativas and indicas show? I know the leaves and height of em have something to do with it. The skinny leaved ones are taller and more sparce, and the fat leaved ones, are shorter and bushier. In your opinion, just by the pics and my description, which ones are more sativa and indica dominant? I know Im asking alot, but more curious than anything. But really curious about the skinny leaves cupping and curling under. I did just transplant these into 3 gallon containers from 1 gallon containers. When I did this, the whole thing was one BIG root ball. I opened up the rooting on the bottom abit before I added more soil to the 3 gallon containers. And I have already noticed a HUGE difference using the new nutes on the bud sites since I transplanted them 3 days ago. Hairs all up and down the stems for each node too! All in all, I think they are doing well. Whats your opinions on all this?

Sorry that the pics arent that good close up wise, shitty camera. Did take some close ups with my cell phone, it has a better camera. Ill post those later on today or tomorrow. Wife is having a couple medical procedures done this morning. So, once we know all is well with her, and when we get home, I will post those pics. Wish us well !!!!
