First time grower, working with abandoned house, Need Tips Please

Hey rollitup.org, this is my first post, i hope yall can help me out; im a first time grower.
yesterday I had a great idea.. there is a house across the street that has been deserted for 2 years. the owner became a depressed hoarder after her husband died tragically.. she moved away to sme south east asian islands where her familly is from and she still pays for the house.
I cant grow indoor because the house is fill with unhealthy mold and has no electricity but.. the backyard is a bigass jungle, I could easily plot out a spot towards the back of the yard in the middle of all her hoarded plants, vines, SE asia statues... etc. its a great environment to get high in actually, she has all sorts of bhuddas.
Im lookin for somebody with central/south texas growing experience, Im thinking about shooting for 5 or 6 plants nothing big. I want to grow something about 60/40 sativa/indica, but not something super tall, i need to keep it safely below the fence line/ window view.(there are many vines and stuff falling down from the trees i can use to cover my job) Theres plenty of sunlight, I think I might need to change up the soil back there, all the plants probably sucked it dry of nutrients. Im lookin to buy seeds and ship em to the abandoned house like on attitude or something. Would ups or whatever drop it of at the house or would they drop it in the box( i have no access to post box).

Basically id like to know:
when should I plant/harvest ( considering south texas climate )
how should I go about getting the seeds
about how much could i realistically yield (6 plants)
what strain should i go with, (satvia/indica mix.. climate friendly)
and also, id like to know whether you think this whole sham would be one bad idea.. hah

I would like to have a nice large stash to smoke through with my friends when i head back to college in oct.

please feel free to ask any questions about my situation! all help is appreciated!

I dont no the laws in texas or best growing methods for that area, but serioulsy think about what the situation is with neighbours...how easily could u come or go to the crop unoticed can they see from there place? do they have kids who might go exploring or throw there ball over the fence etc if all these things are ok (obviousley always gonna be risky but hey) but if u could come n go easily i think its a good idea dude i mean worst case if u get caught just say sum friends told u they see it n u was checking it out (if your caught on the land) n if they find it n your not there well u didnt see nuffing its gotta b pretty easy just consider the neighbours if u get sum old busy body you could be in trouble.
Good luck with the grow dude if u go ahead n try n post sum pics would be intresting to see how it goes.

owh yeah good point tony smells always a factor. But a outdoor grows not that noticable by smell is it more indoor grows as the smells building up or blowing out a vent into the same area. theres always gonna be a risk to growing tho mate so i would just weigh up the pros n cons n go wit ya gut instinct. :-)

Smell is still very much a factor, outdoors or not. OP - you should find a place to grow that won't involve someone else's property being seized if your grow is found.

But the thing is weed still grows naturally and it usually grows in messy tangled up areas so I doubt they would seize the property if it was planted in the ground.

Oh my, yes they would seize the property! do not put someone else in jeopardy to grow YOUR meds! bottom line. have a bit of respect for your neighbors even if she is out of the country. if you want to grow, grow it in your own space.

getting over there three or four times aweek to water and take care of it gonna leave a path right to your house and nosy neighbors may see ya and call the cops ..

sounds like a great way to get into trouble ..

good luck

How are you going to water it? She turned the power off, but not the water? Or are you going to be toting 5 gallons across the street every couple days?

Growing outdoors means you're pretty dependant on the sun to flower them. The days are too long right now to do photoperiod plants. The sun wouldn't flower them until Sept or October. You could get some autos that would be done in April probably.

Autos can be purchased from the 'tude.

It does sound like a fantastic way of ruining your neighbor's life, and your own. Maybe if you did some work around her house on a regular basis it wouldn't look as suspicious. And I'm sure she would appreciate it if someone did some minor upkeep so the place doesn't look abandoned. Call the lady and ask her to turn the water on for you and you'll water the grass for her ;)

Don't listen to these people. Go ahead, grow marijuana, a NARCOTIC as classified by our wonderful government, on a property you know nothing about. While your at it, grow som opium and coke plants as well! and HEY!! the place is abandoned right? WHY NOT MAKE A METH LAB IN IT! oMfG! Einstein aint got shit on you!

go ahead and do it, just leave some cured pot for her to smoke when she comes back.
just leave a note saying this is her cut of the grow that you did in her yard.............lol

yea, pipe dream i guess, i was under the influence when I posted this, regardless though what would be a great strain of weed for a first time grower (considering environtment etc listed above)

ill probably go deep in the woods, i know a place its just less convenient haulin all he water... theres definitely no steady sources of outdoor water during summer months. looking for south texas experience.. thanks!

hi all this i my first post, tried to start a new thread but wont let me, says token expired every "freakin time". sorry to clutter other treads but thought i would see if it will let me atleast post in a existing thread.

this is my first grow and would like a little advice. i have built my room myself from scratch, but i am happy with the room its my growing method i wanted advice about. its very simple, no bells and whistles here. and i still want to keep it relatively simple but if there is anything i can do to get that extra edge i would be happy to be enlightened.

so here it is. its a feed to waste system, i have used plain rockwool for medium in ten litre buckets with holes drilled in the bottom(not see through type). i water with nutrients every two days and flush with water once a week(bar first water, leave for five days to let roots search). nutrients wise i use dutchmaster grow A&B with supathrive in grow and in bloom i use dutchmaster bloom A&B. use guano with the dutchmaster once a week also.

before i pull my crop (not that far yet) i will flush them with water everyday for a week, then let them sit for three days under the light with no water to let them drink all the water, and dry out a little.

clones wise i took them three days before i turned my crop. did not use any cloning gel or nutrient, just water. and didnt cut them under water or any of that shit. but hey none have died they are all healthy:-o. i have them in a tool box with a 18w fluro on them, they have grown about 7cm in six weeks and are about 15cm tall now. feeding them half strength nutrient. should i be using something more powerfull to get them bigger before they go under the hid light? will it make a big diff?

if there is anything i am doing wrong please correct me or if i am missing something or if there is something i can do or use to improve i would love to hear it.

thats it. fire away peoples.

p.s i have heard of people using potash for the last week of bloom. what do you guys think?

All for it man, but hauling water as previously said, inst a good idea. If your neighborhood is lo-key go for it if not I'm sure you will find a better spot. I have had friends who have been in trouble [with licenses] for hauling water in a "legal state" trespassing issue. Grow on Good Luck my freind.
