First time grower seeks ADVICE And COUNCIL for an Ebb and Flow SCROG

So far this is my workspace.

Veg closet

Flouros or low Veg LED, Opinions?

Probably a drip system to keep a few mothers and at least 12 clones. Any recommended parts guides to building one? Appropriate sized grow tray and lights considering my space?

34"x22"x88"
W x L x H

Flowering Room

58"x69"x74" space near a blacked out window(Going to use for ventilation later
on)
W x L x H

2x Magnum 357 LEDS

50 Gallon Dark Green Tote (Rectangular) as a reservoir. (Since its not black will it
promote algea growth?)

So now I'm looking for opinions. The LED's are a must have for the flowering, I can't go crazy on the electric bill & I've read very good things.

I've also decided to try the screen of green technique

My issues and concerns:

What to use as a grow tray and what growing medium/style. I know I am using an ebb and flow system, but should I plant the clones in a net-pot, or straight into the medium (Hydrotone, Orchid rocks, ect.) thats filling the grow tray itself. Can I use two more similar 50 Gallon totes as growing trays side by side, that drain into a bottom 50 gallon tote? I'm assuming my grow trays should not exceed my reservoir. Everything is worked out to be as compact as possible to maximize the space under the two lights. I also intend to use CO2 as cannisters are readily available to me at a discount, any suggested C02 regulators/dispersion methods?

What kind of pumps do you guys personally recommend for the flowering room?
So far my best idea is for the totes side by side, both draining into one reservoir, and either one pump split to provide both growing trays (totes) or one pump for each.

Would you guys recommended putting air-stones in the growing tray set to the pump flood timer, or let them run continuously in the reservoir?

Any specific strains that anyone would recommend considering my limitations and partial setup

I'm really open to any and all suggestions at this point. I am going for yield more than anything, quality a very close second. Please barrage me with any criticism, obvious flaws, ect. I have a decent green thumb outdoors with all various plants, flowers and berries, but indoor marijuana is a new conquest for me.

I've spent many an hour scouring these forums and have learned so much, but its still a fraction of what there is to know. Thank you everyone for your assistance in advance, I know this is a helter skelter of a post, but I don't generally do so. I've just been inspired by the friendliness and great attitude of these forums.

Sincerely,
-Wiz

Is this your first grow ?
If so skip the CO2 your over complicating things.
Personally I'd learn the basics using experience/ not what you've read ...before stepping up to CO2 ..... as I don't think for the cost and extra effort you'll reap the rewards ....JUST YET.
Pumps..... MAXI jet 1000L/H for a basic dripper sytem that will run a few dripper and not block with correct nutes. Use a D-Blocker in nutes to aid with the drippers staying clog free.
You state your going for YIELD... LED not really the best option for that.
Airstone in nutes is far more productive (note that an airstone in your nute will increase Ph over time).... adding to say a hydroton flood tray won't benefit you at all as the pebbles drain fast and draw in plenty of air on draining and for the brief period it's on will not add any significant O2 in the tray.
