First time grower seedling problem

My 10 day old seedlings water leafs (first leafs) are going a light green yellowish colour, it does have a normal set of leaves also but they look fine it's just the first leaves that sprout and seem to have stunted growth any ideas ? I'm worried :(

But the whole plant has grown at all in the last 2-3 days

it is developing, give it time! those leaves falling off is no big deal, it happens don't worry about it. You wont miss them when they fall off and your stem starts to fatten up. Roots gotta grow and the stems gotta grow too, its not all about the plant your seeing above ground so to speak. Good luck, patience is key, don't overwater it!

Need pics. I doubt its a nitrogen deficiency if they're seedlings, unless you're using crappy soil. Do you use any nutes? How much are you watering? Too much water or too much nutes can cause discoloration/burn. No way to tell what your issue is without some pics.

That's looking alright. Them first leaves aren't needed and always fall off. Like King Semiazas said, the roots are doing the growing. Just give it a bit of time and it'll do it's thing.

You're going to need to transplant it to a 5 gallon pot or it'll get root bound. Looks like possible heat stress. What are your temps?

I just transplanted but the soil came away from the plant so it was just clinging on to what the roots had i put some mychorrize in will they be ok ?

No I think that will make things worse, never transplant unless you are sure its root bound. A rootball should be in the pot so it stays intact when repotted and is not shocked like yours is now. It was light intensity or heat causing the original problem and it wasn't even that bad. put this one down to a newbie fuck up.
