6 days into flower, 700ppm 6.1 ph 1000 watt hps 73f 50%hum
I have noticed on 1 or 2 leaves I am getting spots so I lowered the ph to 5.7ph and it looks like I am not getting any nuetrient burn so I assume it is a deficiency of some sort. Hopefully the ph adjustment works if not I will up the neutrients. Any suggestions on the cause and or cure?

Also how do my roots look? I thought a little brown but my gereral hydroponics nuets are brownish so I thought maybe they are dying them a bit or is it root rot? I don't change my res I just top it off. Do the roots look fine for one week into flower or should I be concerned? Thanks

I don't change my res just top off. I use ro water from the store and my 24 gal set up is to much of a hastle to change weekly. Should I switch to tap water at 120ppm so I can do res changes weekly as I can't afford an ro system now? I was also going to add voodoo juice to the mix, any thoughts ?

Also here is my cities water contaminant report, are these chemical acceptable at a 120 ppm rating for hydro?

120ppm is awesome, i just tested the ro water i got from walmart and it was 130ppm. What nutrients are you using anyways?

I was hoping to get any info or feed back on the setup before I start things. Well the temp is stable around 70-75f and the humidity ranges from 60-78% which I know is not ideal but a dehumidifier is on the list to stay around 50%. Hopefully the master growers on this forum can take me under there wing and help guide me to greatness lol but any info is helpful so thanks in advance to all ...

General hydroponics flora series kit and mr mustachio cal mag supplement, also I am about to add voodoo juice. I think I originally said advanced nutrient which is what I will be using next run. Thanks for the info on the ro water, I thought it was acceptable just wanted to make sure

73 degree lights on...what about temp with light off?Got to watch out for PM when lights off keep the room over 60 degrees

Yes 64-66f at night now but it will get colder in my michigan basement so I will have to keep an eye on it for sure. Thank you

Added H2O2 today for 24 hrs in my current res then a complete res change with 850ppm including voodoo juice not including tap of 120ppm (total 970ppm) tomorrow. I will also change the res every week from now on. Hopefully it doesn't affect my grow

I would prop up the table until the plants were half as close to the light as in the picture. Remember, if you double the bulb-to-plant distance you receive only 25% of the energy received at the closer distance. I jack my ladies up close to the light. As they grow I lower the pot by shortening the number of shims under the pot. Be careful though, it is easy to scorch young plants if they get too warm.

Added the h2o2 for 24 hrs then did a flush with ph correct water then drained that and added neutrients at 1000ppm plus 100 ppm out of the tap equaling 1100ppm now I have a calcium deficiency so I added 100 ppm more of my me mustachio cal mag supliment hopefully this helps

2 weeks 3 days into flower .
Turns out I did not have a deficiency, I had a ph pen that suddenly went .5 out calibration range so I was feeding them at to low of a ph level. It happened all the sudden because I use a cheap meter. Solved by calibrating with solution daily.

now I'm 23 days into flower and it seems to be going great!!! I must say to those of you who are unsure if you should try to grow, in my experience it has been life changing so far and that is from a person who had no interest in botany or growing anything for that matter and now I love it!!! The feeling I get from watching and caring for these plants is very fulfilling an I did not expect it to be so definitally try to get your thumbs green if your on the fence about it because in my case I would say it has made me a better person
