i have 3 plants that are 3 weeks old.growing under a 600w led light.the oldest leaves just started turning yellow and have slight brown on tip and around the edges.research lead me to believe its nitrogen defeciency.i went and bought super bloom and mixed in water during a feed.dont know if this will fix it and tips and suggestions are very appreciated

It's either N def, N burn, light burn, or too hot. They all look pretty much the same. Try to stay at least 18 inches away from the light, keep the temp under 80 and cut back on the water. My guess is this is over water.

That looks like your over-watering to me. Give em a good drench and then don't do any more until there is a noticeable difference in the weight of the plant before giving her any more.
i mixed organic soil and put some potting mix after 2 days its literally bone dry and thats when i water.

you've put them in the wrong potting soil for starters. giving the ferts you've given is also wrong. blood meal needs to be mixed in soil that is full of bacteria that will break the meal down to a level that plants can absorb.
just go to a grow store and get some foxfarm ocean forest soil and transplant them into that and water. put some of that soil across the top of the soil they're in and water across that and hope things work. bad soil is a bad start and using the meals is also wrong for this kind of grow.
another option is to get a one-part fert like Schultz brand at a hardware store or maybe spend the money on some dynagrow at a grow store instead of using foxfarm soil and you can fert with that stuff, just follow the directions on back. be careful not to feed too frequently. Personally I would probably pick the ocean forest and just give water. put the plants in large pots.
