First time grower after help the claw and yellowing bottom leaves

First time growing with a pretty cheap setup roughly 200w of light plants an auto roughly 3 weeks old and it has the claw but the bottom leaves are also yellowing after some advice not sure weather I'm giving too much nitrogen or too little? May possibly be overwatering too plant is slightly droopy don't have a watering schedule wich isn't ideal it's a stealth setup and sometimes can't get home to see it for a couple of days, will try to upload pics but currently there's issues with that in site if I manage to upload pics would also like to now if my plant just looks generally healthy other than what I've mentioned any help or tips will be appreciated thanks

If you think you might be overwatering let it dry out a little bit and then give it a light flush with PH'd water. Hopefully that'll flush out whatever nutrient oddity is occurring there. What's your medium?

Thanks for the advice, not too sure to be honest mate complete newb when it comes to growing so not very knowledgable atall when I bought my grow tent got a choice between coco and terra chose terra and it came in a blue bin bag no info on it just looks like soil to me with white bits in, googled what coco is and it looked like a browny colour so presuming the soil is a % mix and like I said came in plain packaging so no idea what percentage that would be, or even if it works like that haha
