First time grow!

Ok guys, i have been searching the net for hours trying to find out what's wrong with my little lady.

So after hours of search i decided to make an account and ask for help.

Germ: 10/10
Planted: 10/12
Temp: 80-85
Medium: eco earth(coco coir)
Light cycle: 24/7
Lights: 3x repti sun uva/uvb & 3x 13w cool white cfl
Setup: No pump hydro setup
Nutrients: General hydroponics starter kit
Ph: 5.0-6.5

So the issue is that the one plant (blue post) was doing great and i gave them there feeding today and check back after a few hours and they are all droopy and having down. Could this be from over water? Or a nute issue? Everything online is back and forth.

Please let me know what you think, and i will answer any questions if i left anything out.

Thanks guys!

They are just a bit over watered, not a big deal. I would mix 30-40% perlite in with the coir when you transplant to bigger pots, it gives the medium better aeration which the roots like.

Thanks for the reply, should i let it dry out a bit before i water next time. And i got all freaked out and poured about a liter of water through it thinking it was a nute issue...

Probably made it worse... shit...

Yeah, I pick up my containers to check the water levels. You know it's time to water when they get light.

For sure, i been tilting them side to side to work the excess water out.

So if i leave it be for a few days after leaching it out, it should bounce back?
