First time grow

Hi guys! I am currently sprouting some Big Bud seeds I picked up online and will be puting them under a 400w HPS shortly. I have 10 sprouting due to the fact that they are not feminized so i will obviously lose some due to them being males. My closet is 2' x 6' and 8' tall. I plan on using Uncle Ben's topping method to get 4 colas on each plant. How many plants do you guys think I can sustain given my parameters (light and space)? My plan is to have a veg cabinet and a 8 sq foot flowering area in the closet so some I will also be turning one of these females into a mother plant. Thanks for your input.
