first time grow . a lil slow growing but input wanted

I have some bag seed plants that are about 2 1/2 months in veg. Under 3 150 cfls and a blue 25w cfl. Organic plant food, superthrive, feed 1 sometimes twice a day. So any info,tips anything, anything helps for some reason not all photos uploaded so will upload rest later

dont feed that often, i can see some slight nute burn on some of the lower leaves, feed once and then wait fore the pot to basically go dry until u feed again

WOW, thats really small for 2 1/2 months. What are your temps like?
