first time aerogarden user, need advice and help

k so i would not buy the aerogarden but i have one right now i got to use for clones and 3 more coming... but i dont know how to use them. everything is preset for whatever seeds you get for it... i think the regular light on/off timer is 17/7... is that ok for cloning?

the guy who gave me them said that if you hold the on/off button when you want it to go on and then turn it on, then hold it when you want it to go off and it will always turn on and off when you did that... is that true?

im not sure the moddle, its a 7 port, it has the 2 20somethin watt full spec cfl bulbs.

i just need to know if it will work for taking some clones and just flowering from clone in there, i would be able to add more cfls, i have plenty.

Holding the button in till all the lights blink and then you release it will Reset the unit .. Use the tomatoe setting its 18 hrs of light and 6 hrs of dark,,

ok now im confused, first you say you cant, then that i should use the tomato settings, then post a pic of that?

can i or not?

i figured i would just have to root the clones and then transplant anyway, i just wanted like a few small couple gram each clones in it tho, like i said i have like 15 cfls i can throw in there too, from befor i got my 400w.

i guess my reall question is, will the resivior be ok for them, but since its great for rooting clones then im guessing it will be fine.
