first outdoor grow question

I've grown indoors some and this summer am trying to take it outside for some larger plants and less plant attention. I already have a few clones ready to go outside on a day pretty soon. I cleared out a small area in some woods. the spot gets mostly direct sunlight from 9am to about 3-4pm and still it is light in the area until the sun goes down. do thing that will be enough light for these plants to do well?

the clones are fairly small right now there hasn't been a whole lot of new growth in them but they all look very healthy and I think they are starting to have new growth. they're still on 24 hour lighting because my one timer that I have is on the big ladies. and since I was planning on putting them outside soon enough I didn't think it would make to much of a difference to keep them in 24 as opposed to 18/6.

I don't grow so don't take my word for it, but just based on what I know about plants in general, wouldn't it be better to place the plants where they would get a lot of morning sun as opposed to afternoon sun?

Sound like you've got a plan ... 6 hours of direct sun is good ... they should do well ...

... the area I'm putting my clones in this year gets that much and more ... I've gotten good results last year with 6 hours of direct sunlight.

... you are going to love growing outdoor ... it's a wonderful experience ...:hump::mrgreen:
