Here is my first LED grow that I have done.
I got my simple 14w LED panel from www.glow-panel.com, I believe they don't sell my model anymore.

It doesn't give off any heat, and it has both the red and blue lights for both stages of growth.

I just started giving it nutrients on its 30 day birthday, started to grow a bit faster.

Here is a picture of my setup:

Here is a pic of the panel above the plant.:

My plant at 30 days old:

Let me know what you think! Thanks!

Be careful with MG man. You can burn your plants really easily. Just start small with it,like 1/4 strength.

I use Foxfarms, and that's all I've used, minus molasses and some KoolBloom. I'm happy with my results but I feel I may start to test out other nutrient line-ups.

This is a picture of my little buddy after 42 days. I just switched his lighting cycle last night from 20/4 to 12/12.. I have also switched its nutrients from Miracle Grow to this stuff.
Unfortunately, the box I was using to get my plant closer to the light got water on it and sagged, now my plant is on a slant.

Plant after 42 days since germination: (Yes that is a Spice Girls mouse pad to the right of it.)

This is the nutrients that I have switched it too. (Sorry for the darkness, the flash whited out the label so you can't read it.)

Another quick update..
I forgot to mention before that this is the indica strain. Which is probably why she is more bushy then tall.

I also still don't know if it's is male or female

Here are two more pictures. This is Day 47 from seed.

Nice plant!
From what I have read
14w is okay for veg (a lil slow but will do!) You will need to get an led array w/660 red & at least 1 w bulb ( I have read they are better than even the 2-3-or 5w bulbs really!)to make her flower properly.Even then it will do so a week or more slower than hps so add co2)

but not the dry ice method as it is bad for the leds too much humidity & they are sensitive you can make your own co2 from sugar & yeast!!

Keep the 1w (you can get a 90w w/1w leds on ebay for 100-150 dollars if you hunt well!) array about 1ft to 2ft from the plants in veg & right about 6in to 1ft away in flower. The closer they are the stockier they are as they absorb so much that upward growth slows drastically..not bad in flower though I hear!

Can't wait to see more pics!!

Keep on Truckin'

Another update. The plant is now at Day 58 from seed. Has already started showing signs of budding. It is also definitely a confirmed female. I wasnt sure.

The 14w LED are comparable to about 75w of HID.. Plus I wanna stay away from the CFLs.. don't wanna burn the house down.

hi there, interesting following along, i have a few of the glowpanel 45 led panels happening in my little area, this is the first grow i've seen going all the way through with just 1 of the 14 watt panels, growth seems much slower than with the glowpanel 45 from what i've personally seen, if you can afford to, might i suggest upgrading for the next grow, if you get more high powered led panel you can take the current one and place it vertically so your plant gets some side lighting, rotating the plant every day or so will help make sure each side gets some of the led, i've been doing this myself and it's been really kicking ass, love the led panels, yum! might need a couple more hehe
