Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing, Fox Farms seems to be a mogul. But it makes me wonder if I go to the store and buy it, am I going to attract attention? (Yeah, just because Im paranoid doesnt mean no one is following me) lol. If my temps are up tomorrow Im going to use that ice method. Funny thing was I was thinking of something along that lines today but with ice cubes, thought about setting them on the soil by the plants, but figured that cold ass melted water would shock the plants, so I just left it there. I was headed towards a good idea. lol But what the hell, Im a.d.d. hehe
Its good to always be careful, just as a general advice, always pay with cash so u don't have a paper trail leading to you. Haha talking about that, it really seemed that someone was following me earlier today but turns out i was just being paranoid .
I was thinking of shit with ice cubes for that too! umm... then i just kinda forgot about it halfway through the thought. God i love weed! :weed: haha

Dude I also read up on molasses a lot today and come to the conclusion that its a must have! for like 5 bucks u make ur buds 20 percent denser (just felt like shearing the knowledge i learned today with you man lol)

Yeah, Ive been using molasses, as a matter of fact Ive been using them since day one with my new sprouts. I saw on someones thread that they were using it and lo and behold, I had two jars of Grandmas Molasses in the cupboard, and that was exactly what that person was using. Got lucky there!
Oh yeah, got the temp down to 80 degrees in there now, with the lights off and some nice night air blowing into the room.

Yeah thats something I was trying to find out, ive heard a bunch of people saying that you should add 1 tbs per gallon after 4 weeks into flowering, how come? whats wrong with during the vegetative period? Nice dude, I love that when u really need/want something and then you just find it at ur house.
U should turn the fan off now and let the night lower the temps naturally, too big of a temperature variance isn't good for the plant.

Yup, 1 tbsp per gallon, I use more than that, but I like to go overboard sometimes, lol. Im not sure why they say it just for flowering, but it hasnt hurt my sprouts at all. Im just going to give it to them like every 3rd watering.
I turned the fan off in there when I saw it had hit 80. 10 degrees of variation is about max of what you would want.

Should check out this thread.

Word dude, im gonna google that shit more tomorrow so i can come to a conclusion on what to do, but right now im on a moth hunt haha i just saw one a second ago and read online that they make ur plants a breeding ground. After that im prob gonna crash, talk to you tomorrow man

Hey wooly, thanks for the idea for the thread, I'm going to post something about that in a bit.
I'll do some testing with it on my own first though, but my idea is actually something alot like Videoman's Muffin Fan Odor Killer.
Basically, if temps are killer and you're growing in a closet or like an attic, take a 5 gallon bucket, dril a couple holes in the side, near the bottom, pour a bag of ice in there that you can get at like walmart, and throw a muffin fan on top of it.
In theory, it should draw air in through the bottom, cool it off as it gets drawn up through the ice cubes, and then as the fan blows it up in the air, it should settle down over your plants, cooling them off.
Hmm...not a bad invention. Almost like cheap, portable AC.

Oh and defintely post more pics of the children.
:D

Hell yeah, cheap a/c! Good tip man. Let me know how your experiment comes along. I ended up freezing a jug of water the other day, but Ive been able to keep my temps reasonable as of late.

Yeah dude that might help a bit, plus increase in humidity is actually good, cannabis grows best at 60-65 percent humidity during vegetation and 55-60 during flowering. Not a big deal at all tho if humidity is too low, too high is a different story tho.
yes and no... haha. 60-65 is good for veg.. but by mid bloom you want to see 40-50 and by late/final bloom definitely want to see closer to 30.. all that high humidity can lead to mold and bud rot.

everything looks AWESOME so far my friend.
Still catching up..

good luck and happy growing!

thats true, 55-60 is the maximum. Ive actually heard if your humidity is low , your plant makes a lot more thc crystals to protect the plant from drying too quickly. There is a humidity thats 2 low 2 tho (i think its below 30 but I could be wrong)

Im glad my humidity is 34 automatically

Thanks for the info, appreciate it. My humidity doesnt really ever go over 60, so I should be good, on the low end Im around 40 or 45 most often, but its been hot and humid where Im at for the last week.

Yeah, Obama really punked out. Im disappointed, but hes more for decriminalization as opposed to legalization. Give him some time, who knows what he will do. Once he sees that people are getting ancy over all the money he spent he may have no choice but to rake in the billions of dollars in taxes he can make every year on sweet mary jane!

The way I read it is that it produces more resin to seal the foliage for moisture retention. My humidity will be steadily dropping though very soon because summer is pretty much over here come the end of August. Should have snow by October and that really drys out the air around these parts. Thanks for keeping up with the info tho Tamuuli, I appreciate it.

Sorry everyone, I had to get rid of my babies and plant. I dont want to jeopardize my becoming a caregiver. Ill just have to be patient. Thanks for all the info, and once I get legal (soon I hope) I will start posting amazing grows. I gave the mutant to a friend who is going to keep it going. Its been named the 3 headed monster! lol
Ill still be around learning and giving advice.

Things are just being put into motion and I dont want anyone to just show up at my house unannounced, like the law. I gave the mutant to a friend of mine who is gonna take care of it for me. When the time comes Ill have a bunch of clones from it if its female.
