So, after driving her from Cali as a clone(24 hrs driving in a solo cup on 7/18/09), watching her grow, cutting her in half to try to clone (which I failed at), letting her veg a little more for a week and half to recover, and switching to 12/12 on 9/1/09 here is what I got:

211/212 grams wet.

More than I thought i would get on my first attempt for sure, considering my temps topped 93F, and stayed between 90-93F for most of flower, I used Scotts soil from Lowes, a crappy 50 cfm bath fan for more than half of grow (veg and bloom),and I grew her in my coat close with no mylar (I tried a week with an emergency blanket on the walls, but it made it really hot, and air got trapped behind the blanket lol)

Lights during veg:
4x26w 6500k CFLS from Lowes

As for lights during flower:
7 42w 2700k CFLs from Walmart
3 26w 6500k CFLs from Lowes
Homemade duct reflectors for 4 of the 42w
3 Bulb vanity light with 2x2way splitters, holding 2x42w, 2x26w
one single light socket with splitter with 1x42w, 1x26 (which I only added the last 3 weeksish of flower.)

Ventilation:
50CFM bathfan for veg, few weeks in flower
Replaced with modded stanley blower for rest of flower
1x4" exhaust
3x4" passive intake
2x small desk fans for air movement.
DIY CAN filter with walmart aquarium carbon (NO SMELL!)

Nutes:
GrowBig + Superthrive for veg
Big Bloom, TigerBloom, Molasses + Superthrive & Cal-Mag+ for most of Flower
Followed FF chart for soil for the above nutes, adding recommended does of cal-mag each feeding.
In the last 4 weeks of flower I added KoolBloom to the mix.
3 weeks prior to Flush, I also added Gravity for four consecutive feedings.

Molasses was constant 2tsp throughout Flower.

stopped feeding nutes a week and half before harvest - proceeded to water with only Molasses and water. Flushed for 5 days after that with water only.

Harvested yesterday, 11/8/09 for a grand total of 69 days in flower.

What ya think? :-P
It was soo hard not to cut her down earlier, but I had to cut now because I'm moving to a new house, and the fam will be around too much.

I have better pics (these were cellphone pics), but I have to get them off the other camera. Will post in a bit, and also once dry to give final dry weight. :leaf:

Yeah it looks pretty good whats the dry weight? And you drove from Cali to Texas with a clone LMAO Crazy funny. If that was one plant for the conditions it did pretty good for floros.

I will know dry weight fully in 3 weeks.

I will let you know weight after hang drying by friday.

Yeah, driving her from Cali was fun lol. She sat in the cupholder the whole way. We had to keep putting her into the center console at every checkpoint =P

I think she did well because she was in a big 5 gal pot, so she had lots of room for roots.

50% Scotts Soil/50% MG Perlite

Lots of love.

PS. I really tried to let her go as long as possible, which is why she lost all her leaves. Even like this though she barely has like 10-15% Amber trichs (checked with my RS microscope all over). But I really wanted a energetic head high anyway and I love me some CherryAk

haha nice diy carbon filter. but the ? is does it work? lol
Had no smell unless I opened the closet door (the room was sealed with weather stripping, and has passive intakes), so it works! :bigjoint:

Had my dad over a couple of weeks ago, during full flower. Didn't smell a thing, and it is a pretty stanky strain.

Surprised he didn't ask me about the passive intake holes drilled into the door, as well as the dryer vent i put for the exhaust, blowing out at full speed, either.

Promised some better pics - but these did not come out much better. Damn camera sucks - need to get my Rebel back.

Here is a more clear shot of the whole harvest:

Anyhow, here is wet weight on the scale (I tared (zeroed) it with the empty container on, so NO, the container weight is not part of it):

Its like fucking Christmas:

Anyway, leave me some comments or something. Starting to feel like I didn't do a good job or somethin haha.

BTW: I microwave cured a popcorn bud...holy crap. Very nice thoughful head high. I was boiling some water afterwards to make some lipton noodles, and went on and on about how amazing it is that we thought of boiling water and putting stuff in it to cook it. lol. Lasted for way over 2 hrs with an intense high, and for several hours afterwards...a calm, relaxed chill high. Superb.

The buds felt pretty dry yesterday, but the stems were still just a little bendy. We'll see, it might be snappy tonight, and I may get my dry weight after hanging later on.

I'll see what I can do about better pics too.

Thanks man...would've been so much better if the clones had survived, but its all good. Learning experience. I learned a whole hell of a lot, and that is exactly what I wanted with this grow.

I will be growing more, with a much better setup next go round, but not for at least a couple months...already getting the itch though, and I have 10 Jock Horror seeds, and 10 mixed from Nirvana I can start anytime so who knows! :bigjoint:

O man can we get pics of your setup? Good job though ;D
Thanks. I know its not much, but it was really just a whim to start this grow. My buddy in Cali grows medical, and I was visiting on a road trip - he snipped me off a clone off his mother and told me to grow some of my own :blsmoke:

After a few changes, adding bulbs and stuff, this is what it ended up like ( its 4x42watt 2700k bulbs in my 2 DIY duct reflectors n top, behind I had a 3 socket vanity light on the wall with 2x42w 2700k, 2x26w 6500k, and on the door just a wire and socket taped to the door with 1x42w 2700k and 1x26w 6500k)

Here it is when it had the emergency blanket on the wall during last part of veg, first part of flower. The holes in the emergency blanket allowed air to seep behind the blanket, and trapped a bunch of hot air - which raised my temps like 3-4 degrees, so I took it down. If I could have got it cooler in there, I would probably still use the blanket, but I couldn't get it any lower even with the air down to 68 at the intake. (87-93 degrees throughout flower inside the closet)

I think I needed more passive intakes drilled into the door...but it didn't seem to affect the plant much, so I left it alone.

Top view:

What was funny about my coat closet: it had an electrical socket in there haha. It was like it was meant to be. I almost drilled the exhaust up into the attic and spliced it into the bathroom exhaust, and there was a ac vent right above the closet I was going to tap into for intake - but the mrs. freaked out about it since we were moving soon and it was an apt complex.

Good thing I didn't. Not a month after I started, they needed to get into our portion of the attic to check something lol.

Thanks to all that responded! Was worried that I was just tricking myself into thinking I did okay haha. Needed the morale boost. +rep for all

I moved into the new pad this weekend. We own this bitch now, and got 8k of Uncle Sams money coming early next year after we do our taxes. I can think of a great way to spend some of that cash :dunce:

I am going to floor the attic and build a nice, proper room - but that won't be for a few months.

In the meantime, I might just pick another closet in the house, and start my nirvana beans.:bigjoint:

Here is the final dry weight of the buds, manicured and pre-jarring: 41 grams

Not quite what I thought it would dry to - I was thinking closer to 50 grams, but whatever, its primo smoke :eyesmoke:

Also got .5 oz of dry trim - no large fan leaves, just sugar leaf and what I manicured off the buds to get them looking pretty. I will be baking again soon!:leaf:
