Yellow leaves with brown spots and also slit cupping with brown areas I think it was calmag issue it disappeared for the most part once I started giving it that..it would have been easier if I knew what I was growing it was bag seed so I just had to go wit the flow and figure out what was needed.which is what made it hard after all that time I forgot alot of stuff. I was a nob when I was doing it but dedicated I studied alot.

It's reacting to the sudden change in humidity. Domes are terrible for seeds in my opinion. You can support it with a toothpick and a bread tie and put it back in the dome to normalize. Then slowly lower the humidity in the dome by leaving more openings until it's at ambient moisture for the tent. Suddenly changing the humidity will cause them to flop over as they've been drinking from the leaves and don't develop roots as quickly as just popping them in an ambient environment. Hope it bounces back for you and use the dome for clones.

If you have a spray bottle that can spray mist setting, you can mist the leaves a little bit to help it get hydrated again. Just keep it in weak light for a bit to let it recover as well. It should bounce back by tomorrow unless it's damping off. That looks like the base of the seedlings are rotting away and causes them to flop over and die.
