What about the heat?
Am thinking to replace my hps with LED in summer. Just woundering ifit will make a big difference?

HEAT is not an issue with led that i have , as long as you have an exhaust fan hooked up .. which I'm assuming you do if using hps
led doesn't make as much heat .. not even close
air movement is key
my led has 6 fans built into top to blow heat out of light away from plants
you can't feel heat with your hand if placed close to led panel

Am comparing between Kind led and king spectrum led

Kind led is 650 true watts cost 1560€

King spectum is 450w I believe.

Stay away from kind bubblegum,there are much better options availiable.Hell mars is even better,at least you get what you pay for with them.And when they fail you wont be out much.
