but I'm curious about what light i should use for such a small room I was thinking 400 watt HPS for both veg and flower. keep in mind its DWC 5 plants any help would be helpful. i was even thinking 600 watt hps for the more lumens

in general as a rule of thumb a 600W cover 4x4 feet and a 400W 3x3 so it would be over kill to use a 600W IMO instead I would use the money to get a nice digital ballast kit that can run both MH for Veg and HPS for flowering and for sure one with a cool tube or hood on
