first grow

this is a few pics of my first grow they are thai seeds that i gt from a bag of weed in amsterdam they are around 5 weeks old im runnin 2 70 watt hps lamps which were kindly givin 2 me by our local carparks (spoof) lol going fully organic as i dont have the funds 2 do otherwise. i jus fought i wud fire them up in see wat yas all think and if uz hav any hints or tips im all ears .. thanx

alrite pple was abit disappoint that i didnt get any replies, but that life. plant r lookin sweet as 7weeks old now. decided to start to put them in to flower the day. cause ive read up that thai tends to take a bit longer to flower bout 10-16weeks. got them goin on 12/12 the day. will fire pics up later cause their in darkness at the mo.

it looks a little stretched. not bad though. i would get rid of the aluminum foil. it's meant to reflect heat, not light. you can get mylar (emergency blankets) for like 2-3 bucks a sheet at a sporting goods store. keep up the good work though, possibly get a fan on it too to fatten up the stalk

I don't like MH and HPS because they generate so much heat but until I see good results with LED or CFL it's the only game in town. Check out my grow, I'm doing it under 600w in the tropics, it gets real hot, every day we both started around the same time. All you need to do is your homework and don't even try unless you have everything you need for a successful grow.

evenin just a wee update

my babies r lookin sweet. measured them the other day and they were sittin at 20" and 24" smaller 1 has a bit of heat stress due to havin it too close to the light.(stupid fuker) doin sweet in flowerin bout 5 days now the smaller is start to develop white hair rounf the top so happy days but just gonna wait and see wot happens still a bit early will fire up a few pics the mara!

time for an update!! well im the proud father of 2 lovely girls sweet as!! 2 plants 2 girls!! named them Zara and Rachel and their gettin pretty big. Rach is standing at bout 30" and Zara is little smaller at 28"

also got a new 150w hps blue spectrum. using it as well 70hps orange

will fire up some pics of them later! in darkness to midnite

also got three more seeds germin white widow, ice and Bubbelicious will be startin a grow journal later for them

hey all! i jumped the gun abit! wot started out as two females ended up being 1 female and a girl wiv loads of ball fukin he/she! so takin her..sorri it out of the grow room and shes sittin in my living room as my ealy christmas tree finkin bout maybe puttin lights round it lol well heres some pics of the remaining lady she's over 4 foot tall had to tie her dwn a bit and stuff! but lookin sweet as! and gonna be upgradin the light in the next week or so! goin for a 400w hps for £40-50 of mate!
