I used one LED highbay light fixture that ran a single cob(5000K) at 200 watts and then I had some chinese blurple light that was like another 60watts(both measured @ the wall). Nice picture- LOTS of colas for the first time. Looks great!! I have six plants but only put up 2 cause I'm kind of discreet. They all basically look the same though. I put in $250 mostly for the tent and LED. I'm gonna defintely be looking into those COBS. As time goes by, I'll be posting more updates if your interested. I always enjoying looking at pictures. Lol.

If anyone sees this and knows some great ways to hold up colas let me know. Everyday is different now. They are packing on some weight. My stems are very strong though.

You could use plant stakes of some type, but not recommended to stab them through pots with established roots. maybe plant yo-yos? zip tie them to top of tent, the hook end holds the stem, adjust tension ad needed..

Did my monthly drain with RO water PH'd up to 6.5 from 6.3. Gonna let the soil dry out. Temps 82 day 72 night humidity 40-45. Fattening Mode & Extra Skunky..Had to make some amendments to mask the smell. Wife issues.

Defoliated for the last time. Really need the extra air cirulation to avoid airy bud. Gonna feed her again in a few days and go from there. On cruise control. They are smaller plants compared to other posts but for a first grow im happy. With just one 300w led and multiple plants its doing well. More light next time, taking notes. Started flower on Oct 1. Well gonna have my morning smoke...blueberry...cheers.

I would say 3 more weeks just a guess?. Heres 2 pics. Anyone suggest longer? Pistils curling in good and 50% orange. Trichs are milky white at this point when i looked- kind of a galaxy shine and trichs are 'falling over'. Personally would like 30% amber. In other news, my state just LEGALIZED MARIJUANA recreationally!!! Perfect timing!

Oh I know it's not a race. I'm just surprised when I see how far other people have gotten. I've had a couple problems throughout my grow thus far. Mainly due to over doing it.

I've learnt a lot from this run so far. And I'll be doing my first 12-12 flip this Friday. It's the sick looking thing as my avatar.

And Holy BALLS those new pics are killer. Loving the purple hue.

Yeah thats what happens to most the first time. I try not to overthink. Agree too what an experience it is to grow! You learn so much the first time and it gets easier. I'm trying SHROG and mainline next time. And Thanks i might take some pics in complete darkness to see some better stuff going on

That first wk you will see the flower sites develop and pistils around the 2nd week. The sex will be within 10 days if it doesn't appear in late veg. Trichomes at 3 and week 4 and after, the buds get fatter, pistils explode and calyxes swell up. Flower stretch the first 3 weeks. Its fun to watch it happen.

Recently obtained a single seed from some familiar lemony smoke I'd had about a week ago. Might make that my next run. If I don't go buy some known beans first.

Any ideas what you want to do next.
It's between that lemony bean I just got. Mendo grape kush. And white lemon, for me.

Yeah shrog would be a priority for me just because of the increase yields. Def smart keeping those bag seeds. Mine are all bag seeds and never got a male or hermie. So I won't need to hit up a seed bank anytime soon. The happy frog soil from Foxfarm is near perfect PH for growing and don't need to add really anything throughout the grow until flower. Keep that in mind next grow buddy if you want good results , based on my experience of course.

Can't really get happy frog and the like here. I'm going to be using a super soil mix for my next run.

My main problem was that I'd over watered a few too many times. And the bucket I'd used was really small. 5L...

Next run I'm going to use a 20L bucket. And hopefully add another 70-140w of LEDs to the mix.

Most of the time the dealers here haven't got a clue what they're selling. Sometimes it's mids. Others, it's a donkey puch to the face.

That lemony stuff was somewhere in the middle. Wasn't bad for a free sample.

How many times should I flush anyone? Spotted a few ambers- 99.5% milky per 30x microscope. I was gonna dry for 4 to 5 days and cure for 2 weeks afterwards before i can enjoy her. No yellowing leaves yet though... Id rather harvest a little early too than too late. I don't like couch lock too much but some amber is good..looks like indica dominant plants anyways.. I smoked a small popcorn (its was super sticky when i cut it) but it was GREAT! ( doesnt taste like shit thankfully due to no harsh elements added not even foliage feeding during veg lol) but sure drying/curing would be 100x better.

Already harvested...been awhile since I've been on here...The nugs came out perfect 1 ounce and 1/2 dry....4 days drying in tent and one month cure...heres a couple pics...
Gonna smoke some now...cheers.

Ps- Glad to see some states moving forward w/legalization of cannabis. I have plenty more to grow in the future, according to law. Happy New yr Rollitup members.

Awesome looking first grow!! I also run a 2x4 and am consistanly pulling 12oz every two months. Going to be upgrading to COBS and a 4x4 soon My advice is next time go big, mainlining is def the way to go. Here is my last run....

Plants look very healthy! 12 oz a grow would be my goal/standard. I believe I could do it. I'm gonna be applying something my next grow instead of Seaweed Extract which only has 0-0- 1 and Tigerbloom is 0-0.5- 0.7. Yup no nitrogen LOL But still made it.. Do u recommend any nutes?
