add some water! and a dome to keep humidity looks nice tho.

dont add a dome unless your looking for damping off.. if you have others that haven't sprouted then you can dome them up

fan should blow across the plants not straight down imoa

Get some Y splitters and put more lights in there... four, or at minimum two, and make sure they're all 6500k ("Daylight") CFLs

You will want the light(s) closer to the plants.

thanks for the replies, yeah I've got a 400w M.H im gonna put on them once they've all sprouted. an defiantly looking to get a fan with rotator. thanks again
