Yo what up everyone. I gotta start my journal sometime so I guess here it goes. This is my very first time growing but I feel quite confident in these babies.

First off, heres what im using and the break own of my design.

This is all inside my little office closet. Pretty good size though for growing I must say. I just bought a brand new 400 watt MH to veg these under from HTG supply. Arrived in 8 days. Works perfect.

My aeroponic shuttle is a modded designed of the famed Earls' Aerponic Space Shuttle, for which I give him rep+.

I dont have that amount of space so I sort of just stuck the whole system inside an 18 gallon rubbermaid tub. I have two 2 foot long 4 inch dia. ABS pipes going across to hold the plants.

I have drilled holes in for which i have rubber hose with water misters fixed to the inside of the ABS pipes. The plants really seems to enjoy this method. I think its a like a science experiment on steroids but im havin a good time with it.

The temp is consistently in the low 80's.
RH around 25-30%

Oh and the tub is flled with apprx. 9-10 gallons of water. I cant remember how much I put in....:wall:

It is now day number 5

I have some brand new Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow 3-1.5-4

Any ideas on how much Im suppossed to give them and when?

the water evaporates quickly under this 400watt MH. I had these seedlings under my Glow Panel 45 LED for the first day and a half while my 400watt was still in the mail. Surprisingly the LED was working pretty good but i think my MH will be better in the long run. Im still gonna use the LED to grow with but im not sure for what though. Maybe as just some extra supplemental lighting?

Also added 15ml of nutes. Thats 1/4 the reccomened strength. Im just trying to prevent what happened to this plant.

I had assumed that the problem was Ph related bc I didnt have a meter until just recently. Maybe possibly lacking nutes?

Well guys here is the one week update. My girls are looking great. No signs of any spots or yellowing. I have put three seedling a large 48 qt tub with 32 qts of moisture control soil.
From what I hear this soil is suitable for growing in. I was planning on growing all six aeroponically but my other setup was a not working out so well......too many leaks. Soil I decided to just go half soil half aero. Speaking of which, they are doing amazing. Look at the roots of these!

Already looking great. But this being my first grow, I dont want to get ahead of myself. I just hope they maintain. I also have added my 45 watt glow panel LED. I believe it helps alot. But thats my opinion. I started these under that for the first day or so and they seemed to like it, so i brought back. Can never have really to much lght. Those are pics of my 2 MVPs in my aero and my otehr fav in soil.

I have maintained the PH in my aero shuttle at a steady 5.5-5.8. And in my soil 6.8 -7. The soil is not so accurate though...I just have some cheap soil stake PH meter. I assume it works but at the same time for 6 bucks I cant be sure.

The temp is a nice 83F. RH solid at 30%

Any insightful feedback is welcome.

Nice plants, I grew super skunk twice, the first time I had to harvest early but it came out ok. And I am growng it now but its moving soo freaking slow I am about to chop it down. My seeds came from white label and they were fem seeds

wtf????? you need some grow lessons.
in a good way.... seems like you spend lot of time and effort to make a system that is to small,if i was you i`ll try to grow with soil first ,that way, you`ll get the feeling of growing ,and then after you do it successfully, experiment with aeroponics. keep trying, if you need more tips just ask....................peace & pot.
