Environment: 2 X 68L Rubbermaid Tubs

Strain: Auto Blue Mystic

Soil: Pro-mix Organic Soil Plus (3 Gallon Pot)

Light Cycle: 18/6 From Seed To Week 2
20/4 From Week 2 To Harvest


Lighting: 6 x 23W CFL (6500k for veg, 3000k for flower)

Nutrients: FloraNova Grow and Bloom

ummm..... you cannot grow from sprout to harvest on 18/6 light schedule

veg should be 24/0.... 20/4.... or 18/6

(i usually veg 24/0 till the seeds break surface then switch to 18 light/6 dark)
And only veg them till they measure about 18" from the surface of your grow medium. this will keep the plants height in the end at around 3'-4'

flower should be 12/12

12 hours of light/12 hours of dark
this imitates the winter season or harvest months, shorter days longer nights than spring/summer

Hey guys, I think my baby is growing a tad slow. Not sure if its because if I didn't feed it yet. What do you guys think?

I just fed some FloraNova Grow. I will update again in a few hours.

7 Hours after the first time feeding them. Don't see much of a difference. But hopefully it'll start using those nutrients on Day 14. I don't believe I am stressed it to stunt its growth. The lighting cycle may have been off by an hour or two a couple days ago, but doubt that will shock it this bad :S
(The small little brown speck is just dirt)

Anyone have experience with Auto Blue Mystics? I Saw another journal in the past, this person's Day 8 From seed is where I'm at on Day 13 :S
I am planning on training with LST, but at this rate, I'm not even sure if I can even start before it hits its flowering stage.

Just quick update. I have decided to move to the 20/4 Cycle. The plant doesn't seem to being growing vertically at all. With the new 20/4 Cycle, I hope that the plant uses as much light as it can absorb during the 20 hours.

Sounds good, yea with autos you really want to do 18/6 or 20/4. 12/12 is almost pointless its why you bought an auto flowering strain. But good luck bro deff in for the ride post some more pics!

Thanks man. I'll definitely need as much luck as I can get for my first grow. I was using 18/6 for 2 weeks, but I just don't think its working out too well. Going to put it on 20/4 for a while and see how my plant likes it.
I will definitely post more pictures once my plant shows some more progress.

I added a pipe cleaner next to the stem to support it from collapsing.
