Hi everyone!

This is my second (but first proper/non-ghetto) grow.
I have a 2x2x5 tent with a carbon filter and 400w dimmable HPS.
The A/C is hooked up until I can get a small Cool tube.
My temps are 70 at night and 70-78 during the day with a constant (low) 30% humidity.

I use a 3 part nute that is made locally with another organic seaweed B1 (1-2-1) local product
Without further ado...Here are my girls :hump:
PS: The dates are the approximate date of true leaves

Cannalope Kush (October 27th) Problem: edge of the leaves are fading to yellow

Vanilla Kush (October 23rd) Problem: leaves drooping, leaves are faint yellow
IMG_0983.jpgIMG_0982.jpg

Rocklock (October 16th) Problem: leaves very crimpled and holes or cracks in the leaves. NO bugs
IMG_0981.jpgIMG_0980.jpgIMG_0979.jpgIMG_0978.jpg

OG Kush (October 28th) looking good so far :)

Could it be possible that this is just a PH balance problem?
Next time I go to the store I'll be picking up the following:
PH Meter/ Tester
Light hangers
an Hortilux enhanced blue HPS bulb
a 20" or smaller Cool tube
and some supersoil

Anyone has any tips for my problems?

if your using super soil you shouldn't be adding any nutes of any kind unless your plant is asking for it. And all of those plants except the last one look like they have had to much nutes. but some pics with out the hps on would help.

Well I figured it was a deficiency since there wasn't any "nute burns".
The OG Kush is in some soil with added nutrients and I only fed it water and a little seaweed nute once every week and it looks good.
The others are in a very low nutrient soil (something like 0.8-0.08-0.1) so I fed the big rocklock some 500ppm nutes once in a while.
I'll keep feeding them only water for a week or 2 and then get back on the seaweed. Seems to help a lot for transplants :)

They are getting better...so much so that the Rocklock and the Vanilla Kush) are already starting reveal their sex.
Even though "all" the seeds I have planted are Feminized, they've been stressed a lot in my opinion, so I'm keeping my eyes peeled
and praying to the Gods of Luck not to get any Herms.
I'll post pics this afternoon (it's 3:30am at the moment  )

I've had trouble getting some pics of the Pistils (I hope they are) though. I don't have my DSLR anymore (it's what financed this grow actually :P), So I'm using my iPhone instead.
Here's what it looks like:

Thanks Alun73, hopefully it goes smoother with the phenotype I have :-(
Haven't had much luck with my Ph problems...
I finally got a Ph tester and I was in the 7-7.5.
I've started a very light flush with the newly Ph adjusted water 5.8-6.5 so with some chance they get better.

Feed once every two weeks do water,Nute water or could even go every three weeks water, water,Nute. They look like they have a zinc deficiency. Here this chart might help but feed them less your feeding to much. Female seeds show there sex early so that doesn't mean it's better but I Hope this helps. 1894318d1317184266-guide-nutrient-deficiency-toxicity-deficiency-1.jpg

yes that's what I'll do from now on...Thanks for the advice!

I've just replanted most of them except for the worst one...the vanilla kush with it's dry & crisp leaves
Should I feed balanced ph Nute water now or wait a week or 2?

Here are some pics after the transplant.
I chose to transplant the OG Kush into the bigger 5gal since it had the fastest and nicest roots, apart from the older rocklock...

Hopefully they get better in the next few days...I used some Pro-mix this time...

sorry for the delay guys! I'm posting these 30 days into flower girls...more than 10 days late lol
I'll post updates again tonight when the lights turn on...day 43 :)
As you'll see, and can already see, I'm getting awesome results from my OG Kush...covered with white crystal goodness :hump:
Next up is the Rocklock which looks good and then the other girls...

Both the Vanilla Kush had quite a tough life and the Cannalope Kush doesn't seem to be a good yielder, this pheno at least
They are both such a disappointment to me :(

The Cannalope Kush was a total failure hehe
Harvest was minimal and pretty low quality...

Vanilla Kush was a total failure as well. It yielded pretty low and stunted quite a bit. Might be an error on my part.

The Rocklocks were a decent quality and harvest. BUT I will not grow it again since it is really leafy and a pure pain in the A$$ to trim and manicure.
After the first few branches, desperation took over me, as I had 1&4/5th of a plant to go...

The RP OG Kush was marvellous!! I can't recommend this strain enough! The aroma, surprisingly, the yield and it sure does deliver a hell of a knockout punch!
Sorry it hasn't been updated very much...I guess a journal for someone with ADD as severe as mine was a bad idea :P
