Let it go bro... Pulled ours at 59 days, and could have gone alot longer. If you can be a patient muh fuckah then do it, cuz the time is longer than we thought.

so i got some pics for ya and a little update today i will be adding another 5 gal with 10gal worth of full strength koolbloom dry since the res will be full with 12 gals give or take a 1-2gal. I am going to fly from the seat of my pants from here on out not sure if i will flush early next week or try to squeeze another week of nutes in and do a flush after that with a cleanser and chop when the leaves are completely yellowed. this will be interesting to see how much the extra time from when i wanted to flush and chop and when i do chop.

question: by prolonging harvest do i run into any situations that can cause hermies do to the length of flower period???

Joe,
in my opinion and everyone may not agree it is just as much work as a regular hydro system. U do go through alot of water but if your res is big then no worries check every couple of days or longer, if it is small like mine (18 gal only fill it with10-15 gals) during veg i was needing 5 gals a day with rare times where i did not need to fill. during late flower i have been filling every other day.

thanks streetlegal yeah i dont want to haul that much dirt around.:joint:

Killer grow for your first aero. They look a little heat stressed,
but nothing extreme, and they are startin to yellow out very
nicely, how much more flush? When's the harvest?

Answer to your question, no need to worry about hermies, the only
thing you risk is the oxydization of the Trichome glands degrading
the THC in to CBN's

How did you adjust your water levels in the Aeroflo? Did you have a method?

I get the feeling mine are over watered. Brownish ting to the roots, and the roots dont seem to be growing denser

to wild cat- Ur nutes are prob staining ur roots depending on wot ur using. or u could have the funk if ur res temps high

Dank2kev, sweeet update man, u have a greenthumb no doubt, (more common sense then anything but common sense aint very common)

Dankkev, u dont need to flush man, some peeps say they can taste the diff which is bs but each to there own.. pull a cople b4 u flush and compare the diff wen they dried.

Some strains are prone to hermie wen late harvested but u can just pinch em off as u see the little dicks..:joint:

It's not necessarily a difference in taste when you don't flush,
its the burn you can receive in your throat if there is still high
levels of magnesium in the cells, improper drying/curing is where
flavor can be ruinied.. Smooth smoke comes from the proper flush.

Ill disagree with u there man, mine burns fine..
theres great growers who rep for both sides of this argument but its just one of those things that will never be agreed upon:peace:..
All i say is try both ways and decide for urself.

If it means saving ur harvest then CHOP man.. eg, i dont know if u seen Boomers outdoor WW grow, but he wanted to flush the last 2 weeks but his huge buds were being stolen off his trees by thieving punks, so the consensus was chop now or lose more of ur crop.. and he sold that weed to dispensaries, so good enough yeh.. Dont believe the bs hype about flushing man, seriously

My opinion is not to worry, finish them how you like.
So you got a couple hermes its bound to happen.
There is no way pollen will grow a seed in a couple days. Whats there is there.

Oh, and bommers grow was in soil, you need to flush.
