Hey guys this is my first grow and my plants arnt really making any progress. I had to replant them after they stretched really badly they have been in their new pots for about 9 days. I have them under to 42w cfl's with a fan blowing on them. As you can see the leaf on the bigger plant is a little deformed looking and the whole plant is a bit yellow. The seeds were actually about 2 years old but i got them to germ no problem. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated im using scotts soil with no nutes.
