First grow need some help auto short rider and jock horror help please!!

I dont know much but am pretty far in so wanted to know if this will work from start to finish. Its for 3 short rider and 1 jock horror

plants are 5 weeks in with no flowering yet light shave been same from start as below.

Light has been on 24 hours a day

125 florescent grow system light
2 300 watt cfl's in clamp lights
2 150cfl's in clamp lights
1 45 watt daylight led spot light
2 14 watt led grow panels on sides
1 60 watt grow bulb
all light just a few inches away

fertilized a few times only with miracle grow bloom
water when plant looks dry

plants are only 10-16 inches tall and no flowering has occurred as of week 5 they are nirvana seeds

any help appreciated

Could really use the help is this enough to get to flower

Yh it's enough to flower ! Just be patient it will bloom when it's ready
