First Grow . Is this caused by deficiency or Nute burn?

Today marks week 5 from sprout. The plants were doing well but a few days ago some fan leaves leaves started to yellow. I initial figured it was doing this because the nutrients in the soil are probably close to depleted but I really don't know for sure since this is my first grow. On week 2 I was worried about getting deficiency so i used a little dose of Micro blast and catalyst from Earth juice .This caused some yellowing of leaf tips and didn't seem to do any more burning than that. Also the last time i watered which was 5 days ago I used a little more water than before figuring they could use a little more water by now and it lasted until today. This was just plain water and I figured since it is getting to the point where I might need nutrients I am not sure of what to do because I don't know if this is nute burn or deficiency.

I was planning on waiting another week to flower these chronis because I want to figure out whats going wrong before I make the switch. They will be under a 600w hps for the next week
Here is the worst of the yellowing on one chronic

Here is another Chronic but this one seems to have darker leaves and I am worried it may have too much nitrogen
