first grow, in new england

i was gonna grow a plant or two outdoors her in new england. i tried to grow one last year, but i had no idea what i was doing and a fucking deer ate it a week after it sprouted out of the ground.
any way i have no idea when to plant, or really what to do at all, so if there are any growers in new england that could offer advice that would be cool.

2nd week of may. start em inside now if you want some monsters.

i still live at home, so would it be possible to start indoors without parents finding the plant?

my mom found out about the setup in my closet after about a week, She flipped a shit but i got her to get over it though, i guess im just lucky to b able to persuade her to just "let me keep em going for JUST one more week!?" lol and i took it out after about a month. Good luck trying to pull it off and not getting discovered unless you have an attic you can it do it in. Thats what im planning on doing

if you start indoors just make sure that nothing new or out of place just "pops" up. and if you have to wait for everyone to go to bed before wtering looking playing with ect.

hey i am in the exact same situation. If parents think i am growing something other than marijuana how long would it take them to either smell it or notice that it is pot (ie classic 7 prong leaves?) Also I am growing autoflowering varieties.

they probly wouldnt be able to tell for like 3 weeks to a month tops, if theyre not completely oblivious they might notice way sooner
