They are looking ok. As you can see the leaves are twisting around the plant. Which is an indicator that your PH is too high.

Get a PH meter,
Nowhere near flowering,
Get a T5 and get them out of that shoebox. Are you hiding from your parents?

Here's an update: added my other 105watt flowering cfl today and finally bought some nutes (3-4-5) and applied some. The plants are getting bigger as I have raised the bulbs from 1 inch to 3inches from the leaves. Here's some pictures let me know your thoughts!DSC_0083.JPGDSC_0084.JPG DSC_0086.JPG DSC_0089.JPG DSC_0090.JPG

First and foremost....do something about your electrical connection as I see the prongs nearly half way out of the power cord....you NEED to secure this before you have another bulb meets plant issue. There are holes in the Y-spliter so you can fish a wire through that hole and twist around the receptacle to secure. Also would guess that extension cord is likely only 18 AWG.....you need to beef up the cord to at least 16 AWG (13 AMPS), and preferably 14 AWG (15 AMPS)

Secondly.....can you say fire hazard...OMG dude, wood chips every where, such perfect material for a fire, especially once a CFL bulb come crashing down spewing hot glass on those dry chips and other highly flammable materials

Third....you didn't even clean up the broken CFL bulbs (which likely was due to point # 1) .....can you say mercury contamination....how yummy and healthy

Generally speaking, your grow room is a filthy mess and a huge fire risk, plus environmentally unfriendly.

I'll save any criticism/feedback of your actual grow if you have the common sense to fix the mentioned issues

cheers

I am using 13 amp cords and I guess you make some good points I should take a broom to it. the previous owner used it as a chicken coop thus the wood chips

Cleanliness is important. Any debris (wood chips, dirt, etc) will invite pests. Spiders, ants, mice, moths, mold, mildew - they all love debris. All of those things will love to attack your cannabis plants...it is food for them.

The broken CFL - CFL bulbs contain mercury. Mercury is unhealthy and you are going to be consuming plants that have been exposed to it.

This link is to the U.S. government, they explain how to clean it up properly.
Clean up your space, you will be much better off and you will have an easier time growing.

Fix your electrical connections, if your place burns down and you die an excruciating death you will not be able to enjoy your cannabis.

ISK made the case, I am just adding one more voice to his argument.

Good luck.

Also if you want to see the sex of the plants you'll need to do 12/12 or you can veg for about 6-9 weeks and wait for the plant to show its sex based off maturity instead of photoperiod
