First Grow... hoping to have the definitive storage bin grow

went ahead and put the 5 topped plants in 2-gallon pots last night. Look like they're recovering... more pics later...

Well, the days are somewhat staggered. 16 days is the oldest. 14-16 days on all the potted plants, runt is about 9-10 days. Have a little damage on the middle potted plant you can see, but I think it'll be ok once it gets to stretch it's legs a bit.

Here's some pics, should be left side, then right side of box, then each plant in order starting from right to left, then closer shots of each. I'm not sure, but you may be able to see first signs of sexing...

Oh you can also see that I topped Runt, he's in the top left side. He looks like he didn't take any damage from the topping, so hopefully he'll spring right up.

Not sure what I'm gonna do with the 3 somewhat "damaged"/stunted ones, think I'm gonna put them in some 1-gallon pots and bring them to a friend's place after sexing.

Looking good my friend, it's cool to see that topping seems to work very well so far!

As far as sexing I don't think that is what those are, I'm not sure to be honest but my plants have had those too since real early in their life (they are at 28 days now) and I still can't tell sex. I thought it was sex indications too but I think its just maybe where it comes out?

And arn't lowrider feminized because they are auto flower? I really have no clue though.

Thanks, these are regular, non-feminized seeds.
Not all AF seeds are feminized. I think a lot of them are feminized to "lock" them to a certain gene-set, similar to a clone. I think they do that to somewhat unstable AF hybrids as well to be sure they're passing on the traits they want.
This is a very stable strain from the Joint Doctor... originator of the original lowryder.

I started them on some molasses and switched 4 bulbs to 2700K...

Took the kids out of the box for a little cleaning and took some pics...

So one of the untopped, stunted plants is showing balls, which i consider a major victory
So far i THINK all the topped ones look like girls. I gave them a bit more aquarium water with molasses, and gave them a bit of a spin. The one I really really expected to die looks as if he's finally giving in ( i think i had the reflector leaning on him, i wasn't very worried about it )
the rest are looking really good in my opinion. I think the top middle one and the bottom left one have a different phenotype, and I'm hoping they dont grow too fast for the others, if they start to I'm going to begin to LST Them a bit to slow them down and allow for more even light penetration.
I've also been trimming dying fan leaves before they suck too much energy out of production

BTW, I'm going to go ahead and keep that male to collect some pollen. His genetics should be fine, he's pretty much been intentionally stunted.

Hey man. Very interesting journal here. Diesel Ryder looks like a sweet strain. & the topping seems to have worked well - which is a surprise to me.
How are those ladies doing? They were looking real nice, I'm pretty curious to see how they look with buds on em'.
