First grow ever

Hello I am Bud aka Charlie first post here planning my first grow also. I have ordered some Auto Assasssin seeds and started working on my setup. I plan on doing it in a space about 4 foot tall, 3 foot wide, and 3 foot deep. I am going to use MIrcle-gro organic potting soil and I have read alot about 1 plant need X amount of lighting and narrowed it down too about 100-120 watt CFL's. Also read up on the screen of green method or SCRog would this method and everything else I listed work with growing AA. I am on a very tight budget I pretty much had everything but seeds, soil and the light bulbs themselfs so any chance please take it easy on my wallet. Than you all very much for any info and h

I'm growing my first as well. Waiting on seeds. I have a 2x2x4 with a 180w(100w draw) led and 4 100w(23w draw) CFLS. I'm hoping its enough for 4 plants. Thinking I might need to add more. But there are so many mixed opinions. Good luck man. I hope it works well. Its really exciting to learn but its also very stressful to make sure you are getting enough for your money. Cheers.

Planted some seeds from a bag of brick weed I had

Ok so far I am running it under 3 23 true watt 6500k and 2 26 true watt 2700k soil temp is around 76 room temp is about 78. This was the first 24 hours and I havent cut the lights read alot say you should shouldnt but I will be cutting it to 18/6 when its gets bit bigger. Anything anyone would change speak up I'd like to hear what and what thank you!

I changed my setup alot I have a closet now thats 2x2x8. Mixed my soil from peat, perlite, worm castings, and a little lime. Going to feed it home brewed tea and added a bunch more cfl's i think i have like almost 200 true watts ready to go when I need it since I plan on growing two plants once my auto assassin seeds get here

I think your on the right track. It's pretty simple. More light equals more bud, period.

Here's my grow journal if you want to learn together. I'll be followin this too. My plants about the same age as well. Waiting on my second to sprout.

I see the saying a watched pot never boils holds true to a watched seed never sprout lol. I am also waiting on my second sprout. I checked out your link but doesn't take me where it should!

Update my cotyledon leaves are almost gone and the new leafs are showing!!
