When I germ seeds I soak them in a shot glass of tap water for 24hrs then put them in a paper towel moistened with the same water I soaked them in, place in a zip-loc bag until they get a tap root, usually a day or two, then plant. Make sure to do the soaking and paper towel thing in a dark and warm place.
If the seed don't crack in a day then it probably never will and just rot. If you just toss them in a cup and water take them out in a day and into dirt or you will rot the seed, you just want to saturate the seed and it should germ. I grow only from seed and I don't know how many haven't germinated over time but it happens, alot.

FF soil all brands as far as I know are hot so you won't be wanting to give your plants fertilizer for a while or you're going to burn them. The PH is good but it is going to drift so you going to have to watch it. Catch the run-of every time you water and check the PH. Keep it around 6.0/6.3.
I don't have any ph strips but I'm getting those first thing tommarrow. This is my sick plant should I just pull the little guy or can he still make it?
Forget the strips and get a pen even them 10 dollar ones will work better than a strip.

All the Advandced nutrients have a self balancing ph from what the site says. But I've been using purified spring water the whole time is that ok for The ph? And I bought Revive which has cal an mag in it that's for ph right?
You could use something like this for pH control.

So you a AN man, Me too. I guess you got the PH perfect line? I don't spend the extra and just buy JJ. The spring water should be neutral and the nutes should prevent drift so just be careful is all and test the PH. Don't be giving them any nutes yet. A plant should be able to survive for a week by itself alone, give it food and you can kill it.
Yes those are good for starters as you get some PHU/PHD but I find it hard to tell what color it is.
ok gotcha so when should I start them on the iguana juice grow, cause I don't wanna kill them and is it better to foliar feed or water when using nutes?and I really appreciate the help an knowledge man there is a lot of shitty info on how to grow that is misleading and completely false, glad to finally get some real advice bro.
The only AN stuff I use is Jungle Juice G,M,B and Big Bud and Bud Candy. Never used any of the vitamins and supplements because Remember we are growing a plant not a child. You will probably get a great plant if used right but you can also kill it in a night if you don't. Foliar feeding is dangerous in my opinion because you can very easily burn off all your leaves if the mix is too strong. I don't grow in soil(dirt)anymore but when I did I fed the plants about twice a month and watered when needed. That's the top strain in the world right now man( I'm a subscriber to high times and they named it number one of all strains) my hats off to you sir, and that's the kinda setup I want to work up to one day. I have some seeds from bc depot comin in I don't know if you've ever grown the black before but it's 90% indica and both phenotypes are good for the space I have I grabbed some seed starting plugs they are called ionic root riot they are supposed To be top notch for germing seeds so hopefully here in a couple weeks you can help me grow those baby's huge!
Are you Canadian? I am and get my seed from BC Seed King. I have no problem with suggesting or giving tips on how to grow or what to do but you have to be your own judge when it come to your plants and don't take someone else word for it and then wake up in the morning to find dead plants. I'm no expert I can just comment on how and what I have done in the past. Btw I only grow Kush, Love the plant. I use plugs Rapid rooter works great. Your plugs should too. I'm a big indica fan so them plants are no stranger to me.
I read you loud and clear man about taking responsibility for messin up anything with my plants I know you aren't an expert but your more knowledgeable than me on this on so I'll take your advice an won't cry if they die lol and no I'm not Canadian I just know that Canada has the best genetics in the world and there seed banks have Guarantee on shipping lol and I was going to grow bc kush but it's super smelly so I'll have to wait.
Don't be going and saying stuff like that(about canada is best)least you get trolled. I haven't been a member here long but my brother was(rip) and I remember the nights he and a handful of other well known members would troll the shit out of new members. BC Seed King is not a bank but rather a breeder. Theres really no guarantee in sending seeds in the mail as that is the illegal part the possession is not. at least here in Canada.
